Stayed two nights at this lovely little motel. Great location, friendly helpful staff. Loved having the lake and walkway right there. Will be back. Only problem was the heat took the full two days to heat my room. Wore my winter gear and mitts in the room. Not a big deal didn't mention it to staff as I was only...

I have come back yearly and now book with another family. This is the place to "camp out" if you want to go to Skaha Lake for a while and then have the option of containing your children at their indoor pool. Very clean. Responsive, kind and friendly. Well-run. Added bonus: Children get to watch a movie in the parking...

Overall we had a great stay with our baseball team there for a tournament. Rooms are average, but the location is great and the service was great. Best thing about this place is the common courtyard with BBQ's for cooking. Was a nice place to hang out and meet other guests. Ice cream bar beside motel was incredible too! Right...

Next we had friends staying here for a visit.I guess we parked in the wrong spot.(No signs to tell us we couldn't park) When we left the owners launched into us about not parking.Someone spit and...

We have been repeat customers at this motel for about 6 years. The rooms are clean and if you are looking for a place where you can relax by the beach - this is it. The motel is a 5 minute walk to Skaha lake beach which is very shallow for young kids. At the motel there is a shaded...

Very dated, old, not too clean [dirt and bugs stuff in corners of bathroom, thick dust on top of headboard and other surfaces]. No amenities save for a very small cheap cake of soap. Threadbare discoloured towels, same with sheets. Horrible mattress! Only good thing was we were able to have our dogs with us. So disappointing!

First let me say that this motel is in a great location. Just a block and a half from the beach, across the street from a lovely park and the area itself is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are basic and clean. The kitchen has the bare essentials but there are a few things that it would have been nice to...

The hotel is in a perfect location for beach, park and recreation. The rooms are older and the one we had on the ground floor was not large but extremely clean and comfortable. We did not book a room with a kitchen but I'm sure those would be bigger. The grass area in the middle is where we spent the...

Whenever we happen to spend a night in Penticton we stay at the Beachside. Why? It's a clean, friendly, convenient place to stay. That it's also very inexpensive is just a bonus. We usually take a kitchenette and if our kid(s) come along a bedroom. Another bonus is the barbecue grills in the green space. If you're tired of restaurant...
