From check in to the room to dinner and breakfast at Forage this was one of the most lovely get aways. Staff were all warm and friendly, room was cozy, sparkling water on tap! And beautiful art to admire. Bliss.

i was very disappointed. On first arrival the desk clerk told me she was upgrading me, how lovely. Then when asked if I wanted the 100$ voucher you were offering to be of use in the hotel or did I want it taken off the room. Since I was in vancyfor a medical procedure I opted to have it taken... As a first timer in Vancouver, I had a pretty good experience at the Listel. It is an older hotel and rooms are a bit dated, but the staff (especially Ted, Aiden and Charles) were very friendly and kind. It was a great experience for a first visit to Vancouver.

Great location that has 2 fantastic restaurants in their hotel. Staff always been cheerful and their concierge goes out of his way to secure our dinner reservation. Our 3rd year in a row we stayed here and we will keep coming back. We have recommended the Listel to our friends who come to Vancouver.

The staff were sincere, cordial and extremely helpful. This centrally located hotel is close to major downtown attractions. We appreciated amenities such as the availability of filtered and carbonated water, the original artwork and the complimentary wine tasting. The adjoining restaurant, Forage, is a real asset. The emphasis on environmental sustainability is noteworthy.

I recently stayed at the Listel with my adult children for a grad at UBC. The hotel was excellent. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the location was great. The staff were very accommodating when I needed to have my 3rd child stay for one night. I normally stay at a hotel in the area but decided to try... More

This is a nice boutique hotel located on the busy and interesting Robson Street. It provides rooms that are well decorated and I appeciated the art books that were available for my review. I recommend the hotel.

Great location, very clean, good service and friendly staff. The complimentary wine on arrival is a very nice feature, starts your stay off in the best way. Much appreciated. Car parking is pricey and might be justified if it was easy to access the hotel via public transit, but using transit while dragging suitcases is not high on my list... More

Had a great night's stay at the Listel Hotel. We did the Amex promotion, so the price was very good. Rooms as clean, as always, and spacious. Hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful.
