We stayed at the Westin Grand on an AAA rate this past weekend. The hotel was in a great location, close to tons of food options, bars, shopping. The check-in clerk was super friendly, making us feel very welcome, offering advice on dinner spots, etc. The queen suite was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Would definitely come back again next...

This is a great hotel, perfect location easy access to all key areas of the city, friendly staff and well cared for rooms, nice and airy not too stuffy, moreover not the tired approach one has come to experience in other 'Group' type hotels. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Perfect location for Rogers Arena too.

I ended up booking this hotel on points only and was hoping and praying that the 3 adults could fit into a suite. First lets start off with the fact that this hotel is in the center of the city and very convenient for walking to shops and other local attractions. The hotel lobby is actually on the second floor...

Very convenient place to stay in Vancouver. The service was very good and the room was very nice. Very comfortable beds and nice, but small bar. It seemed to be in walking distance to most of the key locations in the CBD.I would stay there again.

This is among the better hotels I've stayed in. It's small, but it's centrally located in downtown, right on Robson St. near restaurants and stores. The views from the top floors are really nice. The room was clean and well-kept. The only quirk is the elevator system...you have to take a different elevator to get to the underground parking. Not...

Upon arrival all the staff at the Westin are friendly. We arrived before 3 and our room was not reading so rather than keep us waiting the girl at the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe corner suite. My wife loved the room as it had small balcony overlooking the pool and a separate bedroom. The main room was...

Staff: Always helpful and very pleasant. Lisa Cummings was our concierge -- she was wonderful. Public spaces: Compact but classy. (We did not make use of the pool, workout facilities, or spa.)
