I live in a Vancouver suburb and have heard of this hotel from others. Since everything I heard was positive and I knew the location was central to everything, I booked a night away with the wife away from the kids. I couldn't be happier. We stayed in a suite that was slightly smaller than other suites I have stayed...

the hotel is certainly great as the reviews promised. even the least expensive rooms are great, clean, comfortable and stylish. the complimentary breakfast is also very good and nothing like the cheap buffet breakfasts you get at most hotels. the complimentary long distance calls is an exceptional treat. get the massage with Mishal, too. only drawback is the noise coming...

we stayed at the St Regis for 3 nights and thought it was an excellent hotel. it'.s ideally located for walking to most of the key tourist sights and s next door to the sky train for longer journeys. The staff were very friendly and helpful. we tried the massage that's now available in the hotel on the third floor,...

I recently stayed 2 nights in one of the executive suites at the St. Regis Hotel. Everything was extraordinary - the service, the room, the breakfast, the location! It was without a doubt the most enjoyable hotel stay I have every had. The lighting in the bathroom was the best I've seen; loved the two sinks and comfy bathrobes too....

The hotel is close to (3 blocks) the Canada Line from YVR. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Rooms not that big but clean and attractive with all the usual mod cons you need. Bonus that you can either choose to use the a/c or open a window (but street facing could be noisy for some). Breakfast service quick and tasty....

Our Canadian adventure started and finished at the St Regis in downtown Vancouver. The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and efficient. Breakfast was an added bonus as it was part of the cost and was excellent. (NB; Beware of car parking costs although this seems to be standard with Canadian hotels). Overall a fantastic experience...

Stayed for 3 nights of business meetings in early October. The hotel is in excellent shape and for the room rate this was a great value. The rooms are nicely done with a marble bathroom, flat panel TV and higher quality linens/towels. Free wired or wireless internet is available as is a free breakfast. The breakfast is a sit-down a...

We stayed overnight at the St. Regis for the first time, and were treated like truly valued customers, a rarity in hotels in Canada. The service was first class and extremely helpful, and the room lived up to the boutique hotel classification. My wife particularly enjoyed the spacious and modern bathroom, the high thread count on the sheets, and the...

fair price, great value. Hotel was clean comfortable, well located and exceptional staff. It is small enough they know your name and make you feel like a special guest. I have travelled extensively on business and believe me on my own dime this time this was an excellent hotel experience Highly recommended

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
