      great location and amenities

      An excellent experience top to bottom. The location is great for restaurants and proximity to the Shoreline. The health spa is nicely equipped with new equipment Etc. We would highly recommend the Hyatt Vancouver.

      Very nice hotel in downtown Van. However found service in restaurant to be very slow. The complimentary wifi needed to be logged in to each time you opened the laptop, it could have been made available for the duration of the stay.

      I didn't take the cruise, but I guess you are talking about the cruise terminal at the Waterfront/Canada Pl. It is a walking distance from the hotel to Canada Pl, like 5 min, so I think you don't need a transportation for... More

      Not sure the age of the kids, but we requested a crib/portable crib for our 1 year old and they were able to provide it at no cost without a problem.
