If you're looking for a lower budget option but still have a great location then this hotel is a great option. It's basic and feels a bit like a dormitory but it's clean and friendly.

This hot is very clean and very affordable. Excellent location. Staff are very helpful. If I return I will definitely stay here again. Also it is a social enterprise which I am happy to support by staying here. I highly recommend this place.
YWCA is in the Excellent location, near shopping street. It is new and clean. The cost is reasonable in Vancouvre and near the Convention centre.
share attached bathroom is easy to use as just need to switch on the red button.
It is also airconditioned.

Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also
popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.

Yes, the YWCA has an on premise underground parking lot. The number of stalls is limited and when I make my hotel reservations I always request parking as well. The parking rates are a steal (I believe under $20 per day). If you check out other parking rates, they are approaching the $30-$40 per day range.
