Scuffed walls/floors/interior furnishings need an up-grade.
Why no adequate ventilation in the bathroom/toilet? Excuse given was that all such rooms are 'extracted' by *one central fan* in the hotel. Not good enough at this egregious price.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. Vancouver City bylaw prohibits smoking inside public building and most businesses, and within six metres of windows, doors and air intakes.
