This hotel is a good value. The waterfront location is beautiful and the restaurant and deck overlooking the docks was a great place to hang out and relax. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and nicely decorated. Being near the Granville Market makes it easy to grab quick and relatively inexpensive coffee, meals, or snacks, so you don't...

This is the only hotel on Granville Island. We normally stay in downtown Vancouver, in the West End, but every hotel room in the city was booked because of women's FIFA. By the miracle of a cancellation, we got an Executive Suite at Granville Island Hotel. The hotel has been beautifully updated, excellent bed and linens (not so much for...

Vancouver's Best Kept Secret ... We stay here every time we are in Van' and Granville Island Hotel never disappoints us! This boutique hotel has lovely staff, a fun location and great views from the restaurant along the boardwalk ... We are always in Vancouver for other reasons but Granville Island makes it feel like a vacation.

A little hidden gem on Granville Island. Easy access to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. Feels like a little piece of paridice. Great little hotel, beautiful room with a fabulous view, wonderful helpful staff, terrific food, great restaurant, awesome patio!

We stayed at the Granville Island Hotel during world cup and found it to be the perfect location for events. We used the Aquabus to get to and from BC Place as well as Sunset Beach. We loved having breakfast at the Granville Island Market and dinner and drinks on the Dockside deck. We were traveling with kids and the...

if you're in Vancouver to experience its uniqueness, this is the place to stay! The local market is an attraction by itself, and the many arts and crafts shops offer excellent variety and value. The waterfront views of the city are a bonus, as well.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. On a sunny day you can have breakfast with one of the best views in the city. Great for walking along the seawalk. You can go for miles and it is just outside your door. If you like live theater, it is within walking distance.

Rooms always clean. A/C hard to regulate. Restaurant staff not always attentive. JUst did not seem like a place that valued our business. Location on "island" great and very convenient to all of Vancouver.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary back where it started at The Granville Island Hotel. We spent the first few nights of our honeymoon at the hotel back in 1985. The return stay did not disappoint. The hotel room was well appointed and the view of the water was fantastic. It is truly a unique location. Away...
