We stayed for 2 nights at Abigail's Hotel. It was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to accomodate requests, and will give lots of good information about the local activities prior to your visit if you request it. The...More
But now it will be booked solid for years to come and I may never get another reservation. That's the price you pay for perfection and gracious hospitality. The entire staff knows how to treat guests with warmth and optimal, personal service. My daughter took...More
This is a very nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are very relaxing and you get that same feel from the staff and public areas. The extra touch like the breakfast and late afternoon snack are some of the best we have ever had. A...More
My husband and I loved this hotel. We adored everything about our stay--the sheets on the bed, the "home away from home" touches, the breakfasts. Staff was helpful with referring us to restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful--the perfect way to spend our anniversary
I understand why Abigails has rated been so highly. Everything was outstanding.
To start with it all Allison, the GM, was quite helpful in answering questions we had prior to our arrival, and offering recommendations. I had the initial impression that the hotel was in...More
Abigail's Hotel is a unique accommodation experience that blurs the lines between a small luxury hotel and a heritage bed-and-breakfast Inn. Abigail's is an adult-only, intimate 23-room property that is housed …Morein a 1930's Tudor mansion. Its special atmosphere blends the romance and charm of the past with the comfort and convenience of modern accommodation. Located in romantic Victoria, British Columbia, Abigail's is quietly situated on the edge of the bustling downtown core and is three short blocks from Victoria's Inner Harbour, within walking distance of all the major downtown attractions and restaurants. Life is too short to be conventional, discover a splendour and charm that has been lost to the ages and uniquely exists at Abigail's. Less

I apologize for not answering sooner. If you are referring to where the ferries come in then yes, about a 10 minute walk.
If you are talking about cruise port, I am not sure but maybe map it for directions

Hi, there is no ground floor room in the original hotel - the rooms are all one or more levels up. It's two short flights of stairs. There is no elevator. However if you're in the newer part, the coach house, I believe there are ground floor rooms there and an elevator - why not check with the hotel? If mobility is a problem this may not be the best hotel for you as the breakfast room is in the old hotel and there are a couple stairs both front and back to get into that part of the hotel.
