I love this place and can't wait to come back. Clean, nicely decorated boutique hotel right downtown. I also love that it's super green. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee at the Cafe.. I'm a coffee lover and don't mind strong but it is a roast that is more acidic and...

We stayed as it was close to the retirement party venue. So---pleasantly surprised to find a European style, well managed hotel, close to the harbour, not noisy. Staff listened to our request for a quiet room, and it WAS. But we could open the windows of the smallish room overnight and the decor was comfortably elegant. My husband, who is...

I was so happy with this hotel! Stayed for 2 nights on a 4th floor room and took advantage of the free cheese platter and breakfast. Clean, modern, central. Easy, cheap parking in the parkade by City Hall. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was my first visit to the Hotel Rialto but for sure won't be my last. Lovely decor and charming, helpful staff. We stayed here for my mother's 80th birthday. We rented 2 rooms and upon check in were upgraded to King rooms at no additional charge. The only drawbacks (and these were minor) were that our room looked at...

Well it sounds like we'll be seeing you again in the near future, I think that's great! We have rooms that are street facing and very quiet rooms facing the interior of the hotel. On your next visit, if you request a quiet room, we will definitely do our best to accommodate you. Sincerely,

I've stayed at the Hotel Rialto more than 3 times over the least 2 months, and more than 5 times in the last year - and each time for 2 or 3 nights. The Hotel Rialto is everything a boutique hotel should be. Extremely friendly staff at the front desk, housekeeping and in the café and restaurant. Service/amenities: It's truly...

Bertiatus, Thank you so much for taking the time to give others such a thorough review of our hotel. Being a small independent property, we rely heavily on word of mouth and review sites to spread the word. Taking the time to really give others such a detailed account is very helpful to us but hopefully very useful to them...

After trying out a number of different hotels in Victoria through Hotwire, the Rialto won over our hearts and now we never stay anywhere else! It's in an ideal location if you're relying on public transit, and is truly in the heart of downtown (unlike many of the pricier options clustered around the harbor). The staff are unfailingly kind and...

We stayed in the Hotel Rialto Valentine's weekend 2016 with another couple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from China town, shopping and the harbor. We will stay there again on our next trip.

We made a spur of the minute decision to go to Victoria to celebrate our anniversary. The Rialto is right on the 70 express city bus route from the ferry from Vancouver so I booked a King room, packed a tiny bag, threw a lunch together for the ferry and we were gone in an hour. Great location to see...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Rialto over Valentines Day weekend. This hotel is located right in downtown, perfect for walking to all the major sites/restaurants. We took the clipper up from Seattle and this was a great place to call home base. We had a king jr suite, it was very clean and comfortable. It's not huge but...
