We stayed here for 5 days in a Loft Suite. The room was perfect for entertaining friends or I could see a family loving this room. It had a kitchen so we could make a little food each day. The resort includes ski valet for $9 a day which is reasonable. It's literally 2 minutes to the Gondola. The Firerock...

Check-in was slow (because we asked for a larger room than that reserved and this understandably took extra time) but the whole lobby was filled with luggage racks, and people were battling to find a way through them to get to the Luggage Storage area. The lifts are really slow around peak times. The Ski Valet (our room included Free...

Dear Anderst04, Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. Whistler at its busiest can certainly be an energetic experience. Though the activity on and around the mountain is out of our control, I hope that our location, service, and all-suite room offering helped to make your visit to Whistler memorable. OK, so here's the thing. The Westin is the hotel we have stayed in more than any other in the world. We love Whistler and have been there about 8 times and stayed in the Westin all but 2 of those. But do the staff ever acknowledge that we go there every year? Any little 'Welcome back'? or 'Great to...

This hotel has the potential to be amazing! It is close to the mountain. Rooms are probably the most modern on the mountain with kitchenettes and pretty much all that you need. We spent a week at the Fairmont (the busiest week on the mountain) and even though it was a chaotic week, the staff at the Fairmont were just...

The hotel is located perfectly for skiing out/in to tackle Whistler and walking through the village. The rooms are mixed from standard to suites with kitchenettes. The property holds a lot of people and has large group meeting spaces. The only knock was the pool / hot tub area. Very, very, very small and no alcohol or bar service allowed....

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay and enjoy all that Whistler and the Main Village have to offer, then The Westin is the place to be! Literally adjacent to the main Gondola and all of the excitement of the village but quaintly tucked at the end of the street so also quiet and private when you...

The Westin's great positive is its proximity to the Whistler Village Gondola that is literally a few metres from the hotel. We arrived late afternoon on a busy Sunday and joined the queue at checkin. The foyer was slightly caotic with bags piled high on trolleys and lots of people arriving and departing. When I eventually got to the counter...

Third time in three years to Whistler at this time of year. Always love the mtn, village area and the low altitude compared to other ski resorts. Just a great spot. Was lucky to book the Westin with SPG points especially considering our room would have been 1100 a night. Arrived and I always detest ski hotels that are hillside...

Just checking out after a 10 day family vacation at the Westin Whistler. We stay in a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette. Plenty of room for us and two teenagers! Our family of 4 spent the Christmas holiday week at the Westin. The location could not be better! The child drop-off for ski school was no more than 50 yards outside the hotel door. The staff was very accommodating, the room as clean and large (we had Suite #314), and the hotel's activities were plentiful. We will certainly come back...
