We stayed here during Christmas so the prices are very high, otherwise on normal days it should be reasonable. Good location, helpful staff. The view from our room was nice, I forgot the room number though. Nothing special about this hotel but I dont mind coming back here.

Good location, quiet but still an easy walk to the lifts and village. Rooms are a good size, warm clean and comfortable.Plenty of variety for breakfast before a day on the slopes Very helpful staff nothing was ever a problem, parking available under the hotel with a drop off and pick up zone out the front. Highly recommended

I stayed there for two nights in room 234. I had a couple issues with the hotel. First our door didn't close properly you had to pull the door to make sure it's shut. Second House keeping left our door open and left the garbage bag from the room on the bathroom counter. Thirdly don't use the glasses from the...

I am very sorry to read about the deficiencies that this guest experienced from the malfunctioning door issue to the housekeeping issue... clearly not a positive reflection on our hotel and definitely below ours (or any other hotels) standards, I apologize for the negative experience. The deficiency with the guests door lock was promptly addressed when the issue was brought...

Stayed here for 14 nights. Have stayed at the Listel in Whistler many years ago. The village is a lot busier now. Requests for a room change were happily accommodated within availability constraints. Equipment storage system works very well. The hotel is very close to the heart of the village.

We were surprised how close this hotel is to both blackcomb and whistler gondolas. less than 3 min walk, maybe about 500 feet and all on paved pathways through the village. Also all the restaurants are steps from the hotel. Hotel has a hot tub which is huge plus after day of skiing. Rooms were comfortable, not large but spacious...

Our family stayed at the Listel for 6 nights. We loved the location - we walked everywhere - to the Village Square, Marketplace, Gondola. The lobby was a little bit dark. We arrived early and they stored our luggage so that we can go around the village. The Old Spaghetti Factory is just a few walks away. The room was...

Ideal location to access the village, and a 2min walk to the ski lifts and slopes. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and store/retrieve all your ski and boarding equipment. The breakfast offered is limited however it is of good quality and there are many places close by if you preferred something heartier. This was our first experience if...

Stayed here for an intense 2 weeks skiing over christmas. Hotel is in a great location, literally 5 minutes to the main lift stations. If you're here to ski, and just need somewhere to sleep, it's a fine place. The decor is 'dated', and compared to the other nearby hotels (Crystal, Hilton etc), it does not have any atmosphere (for...

This hotel and its staff made our stay truly enjoyable, the lengths they went to to provide the best possible service, advice and customer recognition was well beyond any snooty 5-star concierge I have ever come across. When we messed up an appointment they chased up friends of friends to find the person's personal e-mail as well as phone number...
