There are only 3 or 4 places to stay in Churchill and the Seaport is right in the middle of town. It is the largest hotel in town. Canada Day is a really fun day in Churchill and everything happens around the Seaport. Food is good. Service is sketchy as most people have two or three jobs.

Stayed here with a tour group. The hotel is more than adequate for a trip to Churchill, Manitoba. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, wifi included. The restaurant attached provided very large portions of a great variety for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Churchill is a beautiful, marvelous small town, with the most welcoming and friendly citizens. You are in Churchill to see the bears (or Beluga). Not to enjoy a comfortable hotel. Basic is as good as you can get. And the Seaport is fine. It has its own cafe and restaurant. Centre of town; so quite convenient.

I was in Churchill at the beginning of November and decided to stop in at Seaport for lunch one day. The place is pretty basic. Server was very friendly and engaging. The portions were large and food was OK. I had the bruschetta and sweet potato fries. Nothing spectacular but it did the job.

We visited this hotel twice to have meals as part of a Natural Habitat tour of Churchill to see the polar bears. The meals were both very nice. Some of the guests had special dietery needs and these were sympathetically catered for. I would recommend this restaurant.

We stayed here for 2 nights during a trip to Churchill to see the polar bears - go mid to late October to see them as when we went first week in October there were only a few polar bears around. Kelsey boulevard is the main street but with a population of around 800 locals (numbers swell in Oct/Nov with...

We expected a simple basic hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Yes its not 5 star luxury but when you are out watching the wildlife all day you just want a good bed aqnd clean and functioning facilities. The Seaport has them all. Good breakfast and helpful attendants. Enjoyed it - nothing to complain or note

This is exactly what I was looking for for our trip to Churchill - something between the elite lodges and the simpler motels or hostel. The room was clean and the hotel was nicely decorated and quiet. Restaurant was quite good as well and reasonably priced. The rooms have fridges and microwaves, great for packing picnic lunches/breakfast etc., since eating...

Everything you'd expect in a small town motel. In room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Plenty of heat, towels, and bathroom amenities. Well located in the center of town. Unfortunately not recommended to walk around town. Problem this time of year Polar Bears.Dining room popular with locals too.

“Rooms and services are very similar to modern hotels in lower 48. Wi-Fi is quick and free. Rated terrible in swimming pool and fitness because Seaport does not have swimming pool and fitness room. Seaport offers free transport from airport to hotel. But rooms will be all booked up by tour operators during high-season for A PRICE $$$$.”
