Stayed overnight as live 30 miles out of Winnipeg and attended a Jets game and went out with friends after. Check in was fast and easy. Parking was fast and easy(self park).Room was ready even though were early. Nice room on 20th floor(2008). Only complaint was an intermittent

Thank you for choosing us to be your home away from home while in the city, and for taking the elevator home after the Jets game. You cannot beat the value of our Urban Escape package, and I am delighted to heart hat you enjoyed your stay! We are indeed very fortunate to be connected to the Portage and Main "underground circus", and glad that you were able to make use of it, especially given the weather! We look forward to having another opportunity to welcome you back again soon for many Jets wins to come! Kind regards, Kyla Stewart Guest Relations Manager

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. To say that I was disappointed to learn that your stay was impacted by the hotel's fire alarm system would be an understatement. I certainly appreciate the importance of a good nights sleep, especially when travelling, and though this situation was most definitely an anomaly, I regret that you were not afforded that luxury as the result of a false alarm. Please accept our apologies. From your comments, I see that we have some opportunities to improve on how we communicate during and after a hotel alarm and will use your feedback to help us to concentrate our training efforts where needed to build the confidence and skills of our colleagues if ever faced with a situation like this in the future, as the safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. We would certainly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally so that we can further learn from what you experienced, and should your time permit, welcome you to reach out to us directly at winnipeg@fairmont.com. Thank you in advance for your consideration, and though we cannot undo what has been done, we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again to show you the complete experience you have come to expect from us. Kind regards, Kyla Stewart Guest Relations Manager

My partner and I were celebrating our 2 year anniversary, and the Fairmont went above and beyond to make our day special. We stayed on Fairmont Gold. The friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and made us felt automatically welcomed. We dinned in the VG lounge, and the food and

Love to stay here, but their rates are usually too expensive, so I wait for a deal and then book. The staff is great, very clean, comfy beds, safe, parkade available as well and love the underground walkway to get you to other locations on Poratge Ave. also lots of shops and

I stayed here many years ago when it was a Westin. I arrived at 1am and got assigned my room. it was beside an elevator but after a long travel day i was too exhausted to ask to change rooms. I noticed the tub had a nasty looking brown drip from the side of the tub. The

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. To say I was disappointed to learn of your experience would be an understatement. Clearly we have fallen short of your expectations and we have not fulfilled our service promise in a number of areas. We all take great pride in providing our guests with the highest standards of service, and most memorable experiences, therefore I am very sorry to learn that we missed our mark on this particular occasion; please allow me to express my sincere apologies. Please rest assured that these are not the service standards to which we attest, nor that you have come to expect when staying at a Fairmont property. We would love the opportunity to learn from your experience, and should your time permit, would ask that you reach out to us directly at winnipeg@fairmont.com so that we may discuss your stay, and attempt to regain your confidence in us. Thank you in advance for your consideration, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again so that we can ensure your next stay is one you remember for all of the right reasons. Kind regards, Kyla Stewart Guest Relations Manager

The best way is by hotel near downtown, Fairmont Winnipeg is really good but depends also on your budget. The location is really good because is near of many places walking distance like the forks. from there you can walk and grab a bus anywhere in the city. good trip

Does this hotel have a airport shuttle
Hollywood Limousine have town cars available for airport pick up/drop off. The cost is $37 per way and the Fairmont can assist you in making a booking. We just need the flight details of the guest. This is the information I obtained from the hotel last month.

I had the standard queen room and it actually didn't have a tub at all. It had a shower with a rain shower head.
