I chose this hotel due to the kitchenette. I was on the first floor (which was basically the basement) the people above me were so noisy. the rooms are small and I have no idea how they could constantly stomp around non stop.

The breakfast room is small, so the menu is small, as well. Cereal, coffee, pastries, (oatmeal?), toast. Not great, but enough to start the day. And the lobby has coffee available for most of the day. The rooms have a "mini-fridge", and there are grocers nearby, so you can easily supplement the free breakfast.
