We stayed with Rick and Connie for 4 nights while visiting my mother. How lucky we were to have found this B&B. The house is immaculate with interesting things to see at every turn. Our room (Rose Room) was lovely with a king sized bed and en-suite bath. Connie never ceased to amaze at breakfast with her selections of fresh...

Rick, Connie, and Phoenix (the cat) made our recent stay in Sydney wonderful. They were so knowledgeable and helpful to all of the guests... Phoenix wanting in our room for his morning cuddle, and drink of water from the tap helped us feel right at home... Not to mention the amazing breakfast we would look forward to each morning. Highly...

Operated by Connie and Rick, this B&B was selected because of its rating on Trip Advisor. Located on a quiet side street close to the downtown core and harbour front (walking distance) it offered a tranquil and reposing stay. Connie prepared breakfast while Rick served. Blueberry (local) pancakes, fruit, coffee/tea, toast, etc.. The hosts joined guests at the central dining...

We stayed in the Wedgewood room for 5 nights. This was our first time at a B&B and it’s definitely very different from staying at a hotel. It’s a much more personal experience and you truly feel like you are guests in someone’s home, which has many positives but can also be a bit of an adjustment if this is...

Great character home in good location close to downtown Sydney. Rooms were a good size with private bathrooms. Hosts Connie and Rick are a wealth of knowledge, warm and gracious too. We really enjoyed our lively conversations with them over a great breakfast. They've been at this a while, and I'm sure can intuit guests needs and wants pretty well.

Stayed one night here in Sydney Nova Scotia on the 20th March 2016. Rick and Connie were very accommodating hosts after a little hiccup on arrival as we didn't have a reservation as we were not sure how far we would be able to drive that day. As it turned out we were the first guests of the season. Turned...

From the moment Rick picked us up at the airport to the packed breakfast we took to go when we had to leave, we felt cared for and had an excellent experience being hosted in this lovely B&B. Comfortable rooms, great food and friendly hosts.

Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all attractions and within walking distance of downtown Sydney, this is the perfect place to stay. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, and Connie is an absolute fountain of information! The house is charmingly furnished with antiques and one can see the TLC the owners give to the home. The breakfasts...
