Hotel pretty old. I found out an used soap on the bath. Otherwise it was clean. Internet was not working properly (unstable), which is a problem for a business trip... The onsite restaurant only open for breakfast (not included with my room). There is an inside pool but the waterslide was closed (not a problem for me, but you need...

If you've read my other reviews, you know that I often stay in an "accessible" room to see just how accessible they are. You also may know that I am a "Hilton snob" and have an expectation of what awaits at any hotel and I honestly tried to keep an open mind about staying at the Travelodge in Belleville, ON...

This place is in desperate need of a renovation. .. The rooms are so dated that's it's almost funny. . The outdoor heated pool that is open year round is now closed in the winter and the indoor water slides are never working .I won't be back

It wasn't expensive... The rooms were average; bring you're own pillow though unless you're okay sleeping on rocks. One good thing - you can get a room with a balcony, not much of a view, but very handy to dry hockey equipment on! The mattress' were fairly comfortable too, slightly above average. Wifi, was available and free. Just not the...

The staff here were really nice. They were very helpful. The hotel is a little older and well it needs some upkeep in some areas, Getting off the elevator at the 3rd floor it smells a little damp and moldy . The beds are very uncomfortable with springs poking though. There is also a train that goes by a lot...

We have always liked the scenic location but the hotel is still falling apart. Most of the sliding patio doors don't work, the restaurant chair I had almost collapsed under me and bathroom decor belongs to the 60s. The breakfast buffet was expensive and tasted like rubber. We went for a swim and a hot tub. Not good. The indoor...

Driving towards Toronto from the US, we simply needed a place to stay overnight, so stopped here. The hotel needs a facelift on the outside, that's for sure. The room was fine and suited our purpose of a quick overnight. The two fellas at reception were very friendly, giving us good advice on where to go for dinner etc. It...

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were in the area for a wedding. The hotel and rooms (especially bathrooms) are tired. There have been some minimal upgrades, but overall upholstery is stained, furnishings are old, and beds are uncomfortable. The thermostat in our room could not be adjusted, and we had to cool the room by leaving the balcony...

Great location that's been battling construction on Dundas for quite a period. Rooms are okay! Lots of parking! Friendly staff! Only one elevator in hotel! While we were there, there was a hockey tournament in town. The kids were incredibly noisy and the parents didn't seem to care. They were more interested in getting drunk themselves. Felt bad for the...

What was undoubtedly once a lovely hotel in a beautiful site is now a dirty, smelly, tired old dump in need of a thorough cleaning and total refurbishment. The bathroom is dirty and the balcony a sorry sight with pealing paint. In addition the elevator doesn't work properly, the breakfast is substandard and the grounds are littered with cigarette buts.
