Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great check inn even a little early. Room was very spacious and being the end room on second floor was very private. Easy access in and out down stairwell with room key. Very comfortable king bed and room was very clean. Stayed 2 nights and breakfast both mornings was plentiful and staff member very helpful and attentive. Used pool and hot tub both days and was very enjoyable especially the hot tub pool was a little cool. All in all great stay thank you would definitely return to this hotel if in area.

Our hockey team booked this hotel for a tournament and I was concerned with some of the previous reviews but I don’t have enough good things to say about this property! It’s a smaller, 2 story hotel but it was one of our best hotel experiences and we have stayed at many nice hotels over years. The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely pleasant, welcoming and would answer any request quickly and with a smile! Breakfast was nice and there’s a large breakfast area that was spotless and can be used as a gathering area. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

Stay away from Quality Inn and Suites located on 30 Clark Boulevard, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. My son and I checked in the hotel on 4 Aug, at about 7:40pm. I was told the price would be about $160 for a room with two queen's beds, even though that price seemed a bit high for a two star hotel. In the morning next day around 9am, we checked out and found the price charged is actually $367.80, plus $100 security deposit. Hence there was an ensured dispute between I and their GM. In our first conversation in the early morning of 8 Aug, the GM promised to send me the registration form I signed, which never arrived after repeatedly urging. It was only sent to me around 11:30am after several rounds of back and forth in our conversation, making it questionable about its authenticity. I remember I didn't see the price when I signed it. Everyone interested can check the prices for Aug. Never ever should the price would have been that high. The average price for Aug so far for that hotel is around $195.

Got sent here after a cancelled flight and was pretty disappointed. While I knew the hotel wouldn’t be top of the line, I was hoping for at least a clean facility and one that was comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, the room was in need of serious updating and was uncomfortable. The room had a musty smell, possibly due to the high level of humidity that present. The wallpaper was peeling, and the molding was coming off on part of the wall. We walked around the hotel a little bit, and upon entering the fitness room, had to turn around and walk out due to the odor. I had one minor issue for which I needed assistance, and I will say that the reception staff was very nice and helpful. That is the reason that I didn’t give this hotel a lower rating.

I recently stayed for only five hours. I was charged for two days and a $100 incidentals deposit which was never credited total $315.25. This is outrageous. I contacted the manager he never replied. DO NOT STAY here you will regret it!!!! Choice Hotels have yet to do anything except offer points for compensation I will never stay in a Choice Hotel again.

We spent a night here after our flight connection was missed. We were put here by WestJet and given food and taxi vouchers. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was dark and dingy and smelt. The heater was pumping out and although we turned it to its lowest setting, it still blew warm air making the room (no opening window) stuffy. The furniture and decor needed updating and cobwebs hung from the ceilings. Carpets had bits on them and the room and bathroom were just generally dirty. The toilet rocked forward when you sat down on it. Wallpaper peeling and even a bug! The “ergonomic “ chair on their website I wouldn’t even sit on. See pics. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and am appalled WestJet would even offer it. No ways did this live up to its name of “Quality Inn”!

Woke up in the middle of the night because I felt something crawling on my chest. Bed bug! Room 119. My son was in the other queen bed beside our bed. We noticed a bug crawling across his sheets and then found several other bugs in his bed of varying sizes. We immediately notified the front desk. The employee was very apologetic. We packed up and moved out to the lobby. We later dealt with other hotel staff who did not appear to be taking the incident seriously. I noticed the room being cleaned later, the bed was stripped and nothing was being bagged up! Very upsetting. Do not stay here!! Hotel staff was very dismissive of the situation. We questioned the manner in which the room was Being dealt with and we were told … “just trying to run a business “. There were no protocols calls in place or managers on site willing to address the situation in person. Awful experience!! We are aware that these things happen. The real red flag is how they chose to deal with it.

Booked a quick overnight stay for our family because of a funeral in town. Room was Super clean - front desk staff was Very nice, polite and helpful. Beds were very comfy. only 1 of the elevators worked and it was super slow - so usually took the stairs. Every garbage had bags that people had left in the halls to get the garbage out of their rooms. the pool, hottub & sauna has definitely seen better days. The second floor smelled like body odor as soon as you got out of the elevator. But again the room was very clean! Paid $185/night .

15 long black hairs removed from pillows, make up on pillow case, used soap in shower and coffee stains in sink. NO COVID VAX SCREENING AT CHECK IN. We were moved to a room beside the ice machine so that’s all we heard all night and morning. The pool was ICE cold. Breakfast was very limited. I would NEVER EVER stay here again.

Dirty hotel, I will never come here again. Avoid it especially at COVID 12 time. Dirty hallway with garbage, and dirty staff. So cheap that they can not afford any warm blanket in room and 2 shampoo for 2 people, even if you request.
