I've stayed here a good number of times over the years, and have always loved the Metro. The location is fantastic - downtown, and right across from the market - and the price is totally reasonable for a hotel room in London. I also love the open concept rooms and the huge, deep bathtub. My most recent visit, though, made...

Stayed here two nights on a business trip in London. We arrived around 1pm and were able to check in early. Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. Parking in conveniently right across the street underground. Rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. Would certainly stay here again next time we are in town.

My husband and I stayed for a night in the middle of the week. It is an older building with character and completely redone. The decor was modern and trendy. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful with everything. It was a small hotel in the perfect location, central to everything. It was convient to go shopping, walking or to find...

Our first time staying here and it won't be the last. Staff was friendly; check in was quick and easy. We parked in the underground parking garage just steps away. Our room was on the 4th floor, facing the interior so we weren't disturbed by any early morning construction. Room was very clean, and a great use of space and...

This is a really nice hotel. To add to what others have already said, terrific staff, who are generous and responsive to requests. If you want a good bathtub this is the place for you - and Aveda bath products. An amazing restaurant downstairs and right next to a farmers market and other great restaurants and amenities. I rarely write...

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed. Extremely friendly employees, very clean, huge rooms with special design! The prices were also very low compared to other hotels in the area. Very central and quiet as well. I ca strongly recommend it

We had the king-sized bedroom with the brick wall in it, which was a beautiful room! Service was great, and you MUST eat at the restaurant below, Blu Duby (absolutely amazing!). Parking was a bit annoying as its a block away on a one-way street, but wasn't all that bad. Right next door to covent garden market & Budweiser Gardens...

I spent a night at this boutique hotel and I really loved the place; the room was very clean, quite, spacious and very well decorated and the staff were super nice and helpful. I only had one issue with this hotel; the in room dining service time is very very limited, with very small options. I had to starve myself...

I booked a room here for New Year's Eve with my fiancé in one of the "king loft suites". We had no problem finding the hotel, it's literally right next to the market and you can see the hotel's bright purple overhang from a mile away. We had paid to park in a lot about a block away, but switched...

Stayed here for one night. Chose this hotel for its location ( close to Micheal's On The Thames ) where we were attending a wedding. Staff was very friendly, rooms exactly as pictured and described. The pillows were a little too firm for my liking but certainly not a deal breaker. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this...
