Overall this is a clean nicely decorated modern hotel. The bed was super comfortable, the climate controls perfect and the bathroom was really nicely done with a light frame around the mirror.

A really nice touch is the size of the TV which is 50 or 55 inches and wall mounted.

Free wifi and the usual safe, coffee maker and closet amenities are there.

Checkin was fast and easy and the staff were friendly.

If I have a complaint it was the restaurant. The food finally affixed nearly an hour later, a little cold and fries were overcooked to the point of being dark brown and hard. I mentioned it and they said I could have a baked potato instead. What arrived was mashed potatoes that tasted like hospital mashed potatoes. On the bright side the staff realized that it wasn’t up to par and offered a free dessert. I think the place is so new that it’s just a kitchen staff training issue. The brigade wasn’t clicking but the servers made it right.

I would definitely recommend the hotel. The conference I was attending the next day was great and the facility nice. Great rooms with no issues.

We choose not to pay 30 bucks more a night for the Four Points 2 k down the road but closer to the airport, two minutes versus a 7 minute drive.
- Great comfortable bed.
- Parking for free here and how? We are committed to the
value of Park N Fly Valet so we do not get the value on
airport hotel parking.
So ... shuttle complaints are meaningless.
Last trip I was picked up my luggage and was on 401
in ten minutes. That’s a shuttle with service.
Q-Trip: 7 AM flight and a 150 drive? This hotel worked for us.

I booked the Four Points Sheraton Toronto airport on the phone, as I was visiting for my brother’s funeral. I was looking for a hotel in the airport so that I didn’t need to rent a car immediately on arrival.
The person on the phone told me that I would be able to walk to the hotel after getting off of my flight.

It took us 1 1/2 hours to find the hotel, as we were sent to the wrong hotel by airport staff that was actually in the airport. It was a Sheraton however not the Sheraton I had a reservation. Perhaps Sheraton booking should explain that a hotel shuttle in required rather than saying that it is walking distance.

Also, Sheraton should offer bereavement rates.

Once we were in our room, we were very happy with it. We asked for a quiet room as we were extremely tired from travelling all day. The room was very good. Quiet, comfortable bed, and very clean.

Breakfast was less than good. It was $20 for a breakfast buffet. It was not any better than most hotels that offer free breakfast. Definitely not worth $20.

We did have dinner in the bar, and the food was very good. Service was good as well.

Shuttle service was excellent. A fellow by the name of Mussi operated the shuttle was very helpful.

Front desk staff were also excellent and very helpful.

I would have given the hotel a 5/5 if there was a menu to order from rather than having to have the buffet, and the four points reservation service had more informed operators. A bereavement rate would have been helpful.

The hotel has been renovated and it is located less than a 10 minute walk from Terminal 3 of Toronto Pearson International Airport.

During COVID-19, the hand sanitizers located in the lobby and on the 6th floor were empty. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel as you will be unable to sleep based on the cars/trucks from the street and hearing the conversation from the guests in the next room. The noise from the air conditioning unit will also keep you awake.

There is a new Element by Westin being built behind it, which looks very nice but I believe it is the same owners as this property. If this is indeed the case, I would be wary that they may have also cut costs with respect to soundproof windows and walls.

I chose to stay at Four Points because my flights use Terminal three and I only traveled with a carry on sized roller suitcase. The hotel was indeed walkable from the arrival level of terminal three especially domestic flights. It was a five to ten minutes walk but there is no specific walkway and it is not covered. So I don't recommend it when it is raining or snowing. There is a shuttle to and from the airport but I prefer the short walk than waiting.

The hotel itself is a typical four points and the lobby is modern. Please note that the nearby Elements by Westin also shares the same lobby as Four Points. Elements is more like a long stay hotel and Four Points is more short stay. The room itself is fine but the decor reminds of a hospital ward rather than a hotel room. It has all the amenities as expected from a Four points and I really don't have any complaint. The restaurant on site, called "Moments," has reopened and you need to be vaccinated to get access. Same rule applies to the fitness center. For this stay, I only ate breakfast at the restaurant, which was fine. The price was reasonable for the a la carte item (honestly I prefer a la carte menu to buffet) and please note that there is no buffet given that it is the Covid protocol here in Canada.

In conclusion, I will return to this Four Points again if I need to depart and arrive in terminal three.

On our journey home via Toronto Airport, we rented two rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton at 6257 Airport Rd. The hotel has recently been renovated and was in excellent condition. We each had a room with a king size bed and we agreed that the beds were the most comfortable ever experienced. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet with lovely bedding and towels. I will definitely stay here again.

We took the train (Via and UP Express) to/from Toronto on a recent vacation and stayed at the Four Points at start and end of our trip. The room was quiet and comfortable. We able to order room service for supper from the restaurant on the main floor, but they don't do room service for breakfast. Breakfast is a full buffet that is very reasonably priced. There is a shuttle to/from both terminals that runs every thirty minutes. It would be nice if it ran every fifteen minutes. We are already booked at this hotel for our next vacation.

I booked this hotel through hotels.com for a long layover, thinking the proximity to the airport and the ratings on the website would make it an excellent choice. I couldn't have been more wrong. Apparently, getting a discounted rate leads the staff to put you in the worst possible room. My daughter and I were put in a room right next to the elevator and, as if that weren't bad enough, on a floor with a travelling hockey team that was told by management they had the whole floor to themselves. Complaints to the staff about kids playing ball hockey IN THE HALLWAY at 9:30pm after I had already asked the kids (politely) to be quiet solved one problem, but then their parents / coaches decided to hold loud conversations in the hall at 10pm. My complaints about that led to the adults having the nerve to tell me that kids play ball hockey in the halls all the time, and inferring that the problem was with the hotel for putting me on that floor. Not a good hotel for travelling families, steer clear to avoid an experience like mine. So much for Canadian politeness and courtesy.

This is not a hotel to stay at the night before your flight if you actually want their shuttle service to drop you off at the airport. Especially not if you are flying in and around "Spring Break!"
This hotel had no reasonable way to accommodate their overwhelming number of guests who needed the shuttle to the airport. My entire group of 12 (which is the total capacity of their shuttle which runs on the half hour) gave up and just took Ubers to the airport. We didn't even bother trying to access their shuttle on the flight back as we had no faith that they would be able to pick us up .
The rooms are ok (if a bit small) and the location next to the airport was convenient; however, their ability to get you to the airport during busy morning was a joke

I would play it safe and wait for the shuttle. However, be aware, as there were two different shuttles in November (there are two Four Points by Sheraton Hotels at the Toronto airport). Safe travels!
