We stayed here this past weekend as a cheaper alternative due to unavailability at the hotel we normally book. It was adequate for an overnight bed but could use some improvement for the price. If you choose the downstairs room it is very small, with a fabricated shower built out into the room. Window view of the room is of... More

This early 1900's home is located a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to store our bicycles in the shed for security when not in use. The breakfasts were delicious and just enough to not be full. The rooms were nicely decorated - each room had a small... The location was far enough away from the Falls for separation after your day's events, but close enough to not have to wake up extra early to get a jump on the day. Free parking was a plus, since just about everywhere else is not. We did walk to the Bird Aviary, which is more than you'd expect. I am... More

Eileen is a lovely host who prepares an excellent breakfast. The beds were comfortable. However, the rooms are very, very small. The bathrooms were roomy but the towels thin and skimpy. My biggest issue is there is no common room in which to relax. It's your room or sitting at the dining tables. Location is excellent for walking to the... More

This is an excellent location within walking distance of the falls. Good breakfasts and service. Rooms are average, bathroom was very small. It was very warm and the air conditioning could have been better. Our bed was not made one of the three days we stayed.

This was my first time at a B&B and it was a lovely experience. Eileen was a gracious host and very welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. We stayed in the Lily room which was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the hot water in the shower. If someone else was showering the water would... More

We chose the Ivy Room. It was quiet, bed very comfy...just beautiful. Breakfast was beautiful & host (Elaine?) was so warm & welcoming. Loved every minute & very highly recommend....BTW...free parking for our rental car....bonus. Would stay again without hesitation...short walk to the falls. Best place in Niagara to stay at a very reasonable price xxx

Located on River Road within walking distance of the falls. Parking in the rear of the property was a plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband remarked on the comfort of the bed as well. Breakfast was special. It started with yogurt topped with fresh peaches and strawberries and a dash of granola. Breakfast also included fresh... My wife and I stayed here for two days on a mini vacation on our way to Rochester, NY. We arrived on a Thursday and at the time were the only guests. The inn faces the water, and is only a 10 minute walk to the falls and downtown. The innkeeper was very pleasant, greeted us immediately and went over... More

Good location, just ten minutes walks from the Falls. The B&B has a car park, so you don't have to look for a place and pay for it. The house is not enough clean, less than other B&B in which I stayed in Canada. And in addition it should be renewed: it's a little bit old and it's showing! Rooms... More
