This was the first time my husband and I went to Niagara on the lake and stayed at a B&B. The Royal Manor was an amazing experience and will definitely return. The owner "Vicky" is very charming and hospitable. The rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. She serves an amazing breakfast and very caring on your food allergies. She... More

Over the past 16 years, my husband and I have been frequents guests of Vicky Downes at Royal Manor. Always a gracious hostess, Vicky pampers all her guests with superbly decorated and prepared accommodation, wonderful breakfasts and a myriad of local information for sightseeing and dining. Visit during the Shaw Festival months, in June for the Garden tour or in... More

the most important factors I am looking for when it comes B&Bs are cleanliness and comfort. Vicky's B&B is spotless. Everything is so clean and lovely. We enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed our conversation with other guests who stayed at Vicky's place. Vicky is super fun, lovely, and interesting to talk to. I like the portion of her breakfast... More

We stayed at the Royal Manor for two nights. An awesome experience. Vicki was the ultimate hostess/owner who made us feel very welcome. She ensured that we were comfortable and gave excellent suggestions for places to visit. Her breakfasts were feasts; not only for the food but for the great conversation with other guests. The B&B is conveniently located so... More

I just came back from a very relazing weekend at this lovely B&B! Vicky gave us a warm welcome on a cold winter's day. Her hospitality was so inviting. The house is a wonderful place to hang out in between outings to the town. Breakfast was delicious and so pleasant in her dining room. I wouldn't change a thing. We... More

This place is just what you have in mind when you think of a B&B: a nice place, fondly maintained, where the owner (=Vickie) takes care of even the smallest details, which, at the same time, proves and shows her love for what she does. The linen is superb ( the bath towels could be a bit bigget, though) Having... More

If you are looking for a Romantic Escape do not hesitate and visit Royal Manor Bed & Breakfast. Me and my boyfriend did that not long ago and we loved it. It's a 19th century house all furnished and designed in the spirit of that time. The rooms are large, cozy and clean. Vicky will welcome you and make you... More
