Right in downtown Oshawa, rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Went in kind of expecting a dirty, old, smelly hotel but was very surprised at how nice it was. Very close to many bars and dining options, as well as the GM centre for some entertainment while in town. If your passing through the city this is a great...

I was looking for somewhere inexpensive, easy to get to, with free parking and close to a restaurant after a long work day followed by a three hour drive. This place filled the bill. It was obviously an older building (creaky floors) but carefully upgraded with fresh paint, new bathrooms, comfy beds, wifi that worked, and quiet heating. The breakfast...

We had a good stay at LaQunita Inns and Suites in Oshawa. The room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. it was also convenient to get to from the train and for pick up to get to a meeting the next morning.

Central to everything downtown, La Quinta provides great value for money without sacrificing any of the features that one expects from more expensive hotels. Staff are friendly and parking is free. The free buffet breakfast from 6 to 9 provides convenience and a full range of breakfast choices. I have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back!

Pleasantly surprised by this modern hotel. Reviews complained about size of room...we checked in as a couple and found the room of adequate size. The finishes are upscale, modern and spotless. Reviews complained about noise...on this matter I agree but here's why...it was not other guests that bothered us with noise...it was the housekeeping staff. They stood in the hall...

booked on line for one night while on business, small room spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and pillows. 32 inch flat screen and blistering free wifi. Free Breakfast that was okay. Friendly staff and easy rear parking, that was limited in number of spaces. As a single traveler the room size was not too much an issue. Even adding one more...

Our room was located on the main level, near the back entrance. I give this hotel a 1 star for cleanliness of the room. It was smaller in size: you could walk on each side of the Queen bed (barely) and the full bath had a bathtub that was hardly 3.5 ft long. Narrow hotel hallways. Constant noise throughout the...

My boyfriend and I booked it as an affordable option when coming to see my brother's hockey tournament. It looked tiny, but we read reviews that it was newly opened and newly renovated so we decided to give it a shot. It is tiny, but its quaint, well renovated and in a great location.

Walls and doors very thin, every voice and door closing heard, Breakfast passable and sufficient. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, except Lisa, also very friendly and helpful. Close to Down town with plenty of parking.

You hear every footstep, cough, sneeze, flush , squeak. I got no sleep at all. no sound proofing at all. rock band next door and pounded until 2 am. nice rooms and clean. cannot understand why they did not make any effort at all about every noise you could possibly hear.
