    A good place but they are not giving the points on your IHG account
    A great place to live in a nice district close to the mall. For some reason they didn't gave me the points for the 5 days I stayed there.. The hotel is close to the metro station so you can easy go anywhere the metro is going in Toronto.

    Wonderful staff
    Nikki & MJ at the front desk are fantastic. The restaurant & bar staff is incredible too. I passed several month here for work and it feeled like I was at home. It is always a very nice stay & I am always longing for the next mission.

    Nice place for a longer term Stay - relaxing and friendly

    I also want to recognize Janina who was very attentive serving conference delegates.
    How much does the hotel charge for buffet breakfast per person? Do they do discounts for family and is it discounted for ihg members?
    I believe it was about $30 per person. IHG members received 10% off for the basic level and other levels received a bit more off if I recall correctly. I was there in Oct, 2018 so cant remember for sure, but it was definitely in that neighbourhood as it was in the $60 range for my daughter & I.

    How long does it takee from the hotel to downtown
    Hi there, it generally takes 25-30 minutes (+/-) to get downtown via either the subway or driving depending on where in the city you are going. If you are planning to travel during rush-hour, you should give yourself some extra time just to be safe.
