This hotel is located central to everything, close to shopping, theatre district and many restaurants. It is also connected to the path system if weather is bad you can walk underground. Rooms have been recently renovated , are large in size with very comfortable beds. Our room did not have a refrigerator but one could be ordered. My only issue...

The hotel is located on Queen Street close to the Eaton Centre, public transport and down town Toronto. It is also on the PATH so that you can navigate your way underground as far as Union Station if the weather is poor. It is also just a 15 minute walk from the Rogers Centre, CN Tower and the new aquarium....

I stayed at the Sheraton for a work conference. Venue was great. Plenty of food and nice service. The hotel room was nice. Very clean. The bathroom only has a shower which is ok but if you want to sit and relax after a long day, doesn't work so well. The beds are really comfortable and pillows very soft. Definitely...

This hotel is in a fantastic location and it has amazing views of City Hall! The pool is awesome and I enjoy staying here at any time of the year. The hotel is close to shopping, theater, and great restaurants. The rooms are quite nice and the staff are very professional. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for one night, its centrally located in downtown Toronto. You can walk to the Eaton centre for shopping, there are many restaurants around the area and its also 7 minute drive from the Destillery. The room was clean, the beds were so amazingly confortable same with the pillows. The downfall for me was the parking...

It's hard to beat the location. You are right off the metro system, across from City Hall, and outside are some of the best 'Street Meat' vendors in Toronto. And this is a very nice hotel. Nice pool, nice gym, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, and if you are on the North side of the hotel - great views. The downside...

We stayed here for 5 nights for a birthday trip in this amazing city. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful including Marilyn and Keith. We upgraded our room to the 41st floor with amazing views, king size bed and access to the club lounge which provided us with a continental breakfast every morning, tea, coffee, fruit and snacks and...

Was in town for 5 days. The hotel beds were fantastic, bathroom was very nice and the room had a huge tv in it. I also appreciated the access to power and USB charging beside the bed and on the desk. Centrally located in Downtown Toronto. 6 blocks from Union station.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
