My experience of the Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre was very positive. Toronto hotels tend to be expensive, and if you're looking for a more reasonable option, this might work for you. The room I had (on the 12th floor) was immaculately clean and appeared...More
My husband, Son & I stayed in this hotel just prior to Christmas. I chose it due to it's proximity to the subway station and all things downtown. So many bars & restaurants within walking distance. We arrived late morning to ask if we could...More

Thank you ScotlandTinks for your review.
It was our pleasure to check you in early, and are happy to hear you had an opportunity to not only enjoy breakfast with us, but to also try some of the great restaurants in our neighbourhood.
Hotel is perfectly located and close to all mayor attractions, my room looked like fresh renovated (you still can see that renovation is ongoing in other floors), very stylish, very clean, the mattress gave me a great sleep quality, WiFi I would say one of...More

My room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the building was nice enough. The hotel falls short on their customer service and accessibility however.

The hotel only cares about their own interests and how they can make a profit, they don't care about the customers needs at all.
Absolutely horrible customer service, had to repeatedly ask them to correct a mistake but they just wouldn't correct it. A huge...More

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.

Agree with the previous writer. A 20 minute walk on a nice day which my wife and I did a few times. Aquick subway ride also available. Also took a cab a couple of times which I think cost us 15$ if I remember correctly. Well worth the time and cost as we really like this hotel and would stay there again

I cannot remember the depth but it was gradually deeper at one end. Kids had to be accompanied by an adult. Kids were discouraged from using the bubble spa. Towels were provided. It was very nice. It had this tropical look to it with plants, etc. It was not a rectangular pool, it was sort of an an amorphous shape. :-) These are what I can remember Hope this helps.
