At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.

Mediocre hotel. If you need a place to sleep and leave, this is it. Don't expect great service. Especially at the bar, you're lucky if you can find the bartenders actually at the bar. I'm a frequent guest at this hotel, as I stay every other weekend for work. I never expect much

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating and service was always prompt. Rooms are on the older side but very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Rooms have a refrigerator and Keurig machine, they also provide basic toiletries. There’s a gift/tuck shop in the lobby and

I've stayed here for a total of four nights over a period of ten days. It was very pleasant. Check in staff were quite nice. The room (on both occasions) was just fine. The bed was comfy and it was really, really quiet. I'm back in toronto in a week and have already re-booked.

I stayed there for a conference in June. When checking in, the front desk staff said my reservation was invalid. The conference organizers and I had to wait 3 hours for them to sort it out. After making me wait .- with a dinner voucher - until 11pm, they finally magically found

Hello L3824GBjonathanl, Thank you for your question. We have a no pet policy unless your pet is a service animal. In an effort to make our rooms hypoallergenic, every room goes through a process to cut down on bacteria, pollen, dust, dust mites and other possible irritants, everything in the room was cleaned and treated with an antimicrobial agent that attacks bacteria. We want to make sure everyone staying at the hotel is safe and comfortable and rooms are cleaned with allergen-sensitive guests in mind. Hope this answers your question! We are delighted to welcome you very soon!

I think it did have a fridge but am not certain. The Hotel's room information certainly says it does!" Hope that helps. Either way, there's a supermarket very close to buy most essentials fresh if needed.

Hi Daydream78939 ~ I can see a review in your profile page. It is pending so I guess what you are talking about is your review has ended up on this hotel listing instead of the correct one in Yorkdale. You need to ask in the Support Forum about moving your review. There is nothing you can do while your review is in pending. I cannot include a link to the directions here in this Q&A section to help you. Not allowed.
