On our way back from a trip from the Caribbean our connecting flight via Toronto was cancelled. A lot of the flights tot he Maritimes were cancelled and the hotel attached to the airport had no vacancy. My husband found this hotel on his phone. We called for availability and they were very friendly on the phone and sent a...

My friend and I booked a hotel mainly for a place to rest our heads while we did two days of purchasing at the Toronto Gift Show. This means we decided to go less expensive and close to the Toronto Conference Centre. That was our first mistake. Driving to the hotel from hours of driving and finding it was very...

Hotel was ok. The shuttle service left us stranded at the airport. After finding alternative transportation and arriving at the hotel there were two young staff at counter with a high amount of people waiting to check in. Parking was nonexistent. I've heard they also sell park and fly spots. All in all I was very disappointed

My husband and I utilized this hotel on our recent vacation; leaving our vehicle there for two weeks. Upon return, we were picked up at 1 AM, after only a 10 minute wait. Paperwork was ready at the front desk for us and our friendly host quickly checked us into our room. A king size, oh-so-comfy bed awaited us. The...

If you want a hotel that has no restaurant...pick this one. If you want to wait at the airport for over an hour to be picked up...pick this one. It took 3 phone calls to get them to come to the airport....horrid service. AVOID AVOID AVOID...a terrible experience.

Our original plan was to stay here for Two nights, and we paid for two nights. This trip was for Christmas break. When we arrived, it was 32 F (0 C) degrees outside, and even colder inside our room. The heat on the 4th floor was turned off, and was also turned off in our room. After waiting for over...

the hotel is at prime location, just about five minutes from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The shuttle service is prompt and the check- in is extremely easy. It was a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I have stayed at the Pearson Hotel now twice, and will always try and return. Myself, my girlfriend and brother in law go to a convention called Anime North at the Congress Centre every year, and this is our go to hotel! It has a great location, the staff is so polite and helpful, the breakfast, though simple, is great;...

Breakfast not the greatest, but simple. Staff is nice. Room was small and heating was loud. Bathroom was small but well designed. Hard to find parking for park and fly. Call hotel directly for booking park and fly as Expedia charges $35 for booking.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We stayed at the hotel overnight and then left our car parked there for a week. Bed was comfortable, room was warm and quiet and the shuttle service left right on time for the airport the next morning. We didn't use any amenities so I won't comment on that part of...
