I was in a jam and was re-routed through Toronto and had to spend the night. It was a last minute booking on booking.com and was charged $300 CAD about $230 USD for a room. It is close to the airport (about 7 minutes) but not as close as just staying at the airport which is exactly what I should...

Worst hotel experience I have EVER had. We were given a disgusting room, with pizza boxes on the floor, hair on the floors and shower and a toilet that was backed up. In addition, one of the two phones in the room was dead. With exhausted kids after nearly 500 miles of travel, we decided to address it in the...

If you want a place that is clean and comfortable and not to pricy this place does it well. I see reviews for customer service issues but it seemed very smooth at the service desk and the representative seemed very cheerful.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel because all others were full. No one at the door to help with suitcases. Front desk didn't seem professional. They held $100 deposit for non smoking room...but when we got to the room, guess what? Room smelled awful. The countertop in bathroom was dirty. Towels didn't seem fresh. They left used shampoo...

My experience in this hotel strongly told me not to ever, ever go back there again. When I arrived around 10pm, I waited more than 30 minutes because they can't find my reservation. Then when I checked out, they over charged me with much more higher than my actual bill and it took two weeks of chasing and calling and...

Due to a flight cancellation, I needed a reasonable place to stay overnight near the airport. My original choice, the Sheraton, was completely booked. I decided to go with the Pearson even though the rate was slightly higher, thinking it's been a long day so I can justify a nicer hotel. Sigh. This was just not a great experience, even...

The worst customer service I have ever received! From the moment I stepped into the hotel all the agents were speaking in their own language completely ignoring me as a guest. They took priority over people of their own religion. My reservation was not found on file, I waited patiently for over 1 hour and they said my reservation was...

Booked because it was one of the only hotels in the area with available two queen beds in a room! Check in was a little slow, could use more help. Rooms are clean and satisfactory. Hotel is renovated with a new owner and hopefully they will improve and add more amenities! Complimentary breakfast was good but a little more attention...

My deposit was not refunded while checking out (as they assured me it would be), and I have since spent almost a month trying to get them to send me a cheque... which the owner repeatedly told me was in the mail. Today I called the owner yet again, and he said he would not give me my deposit back...

My room was great: decent bed, pillows OK. Then I tried to watch TV. Someone had to come to my room to connect it. Then I made the mistake of shutting it off. If I wanted it back on I would have had to have home come back. The courtyard area outside my room was littered with garbage; paper stuff...
