Great stay before catching flight. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Service at front desk was quick and friendly. Shuttle to and from airport was great. Breakfast was open before 6:00 with lots of choices for all tastes. Would definetly go back.

Due to weather we missed our connection and stranded in Toronto. Booked two nights on points. The first morning I took shuttle to airport to try to go standby on flight. Able to get on. My wife and kids needed to quickly meet me at airport. The staff and shuttle driver were incredibly helpful coordinating shuttle with my wife who...

I just got back from Toronto for business and my company booked us at this hotel for 4 days. Great hotel! Everyday there was a free breakfast. The rooms had full size appliances in the kitchenette, had a living room with TV, separate bedroom with TV, a separate area off the bedroom with a large sink area, and a separate...

End of a business trip in Toronto, needed to be nearer airport for early-morning departure. Courteous staff, typical amenities for a Residence Inn, good room size, comfortable bed, big bathroom & goodies, indoor pool. Quiet room, for so near airport & even near elevator. I routinely try to stay at Marriotts when traveling for business--consistent quality, wherever.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Still a fantastic price and incomparable service. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are always happy to see you. We also stayed on our return trip this time, and the shuttle service was quick, even at 2:30 am. We were greeted by name and were given a late check-out due to...

I recently stayed at the Residence inn for a business trip the staff was extremely helpful and informative. FedEx messed up a delivery and they were very accommodating holding my five extra large boxes in a spare office since my pet was loose in the room. The man who checked me out today even helped me with extending my check...

A friend and I chose this hotel for a day trip to Toronto. We were pleased at the well kept interior and exterior of the hotel. The staff was great! The rooms were clean and quiet. The two bedroom suite was really nice... We had a full kitchen with stove, fridge, and coffee maker. There was a nice little fireplace...

We used the Residence Inn for park and fly. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a slight mix up on the shuttle time to the airport in the morning, but we still arrived on time. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly. Upon returning to Toronto, I...

Staff were really pleasant but during our stay we had a number of issues. The Kleenex was not replenished 3 of the days we were staying and as my husband had a miserable cold it was frustrating having to go to the desk to get more. On one occasion they told me that housekeeping would bring me more but they...

The staff was really nice and helpful. The idea of offering a stocking of the fridge, although I didn't use it as my saty was short, is brilliant. Breakfast was great. Delicious variety, and I love that you had soya milk, plain (unsweetened) greek yogurt, and veggie ground available - healthy options that are not available in typically available! I...
