the venue was great. the wedding planning was a nightmare. communication was spotty at best and the coordinators (despite being nice people) were very unreliable. left my wife in tears on at least two occasions.

I visit Toronto often and I always book the Gladstone. There are always different cultural events being held there and the staff is always friendly. I am now on a mission to experience every unique room.

Greetings! Although we absolutely L-O-V-E pets, we unfortunately do not allow pets in the hotel due to our food&beverage outlets as well as allergies.

I am not aware of a shuttle however probably best to check with Gladstone.
