I always enjoy my stay here. We spent a night and walked over to the Keg for dinner and down to Bluesfest! We enjoyed our river view room it's a panoramic window view, especially beautiful lit up at night! Room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here a few times for anniversary nights!!

Great location and wonderful view. Pick a high floor and a view of the Detroit river. Parking is just behind hotel. The hotel rates are semi-expensive but the hotel is modern and trendy. You are close to the casino and to all the best places to eat. Bascially you are downtown Windsor and you can walk to the various restaurants.

Had a great 2 night stay here. Front desk at check in was friendly and helpful. Elevators were always available. Room was actually better than I expected for what I paid so it was a pleasant surprise. It was quiet and beds were comfy. Bathroom cleanliness had a little to be desired but rest of room fine. Breakfast was okay.... More

I first stayed here in March during lobby construction and room updates. Today the place has been transformed and really quite pleasant now that guests can actually enjoy the improvements. Great views, clean and sharply designed rooms, quiet even. I would absolutely return with my young family and take advantage of the amenities nearby. Adventure Bay Family Water Park looks... More

We stayed here as a family (2 girls) in June 2015. The hotel has a great location and is clean and decent inside. The pool is very shallow (our kids were disappointing and didn't stay long), and the hot tub was broken. The breakfast is good, but on the weekend we were there it had long line ups and it... More

We had a "partial river view" room, which turned out to be maybe 90 degrees, with a large building to the left and a wall to the right, from the 9th floor - and it was just fine. The room was fairly large for a hotel in this price range, and had a small round table and easy chair as... More

They are renovating the lobby where they serve an ok breakfast; my room was also ok but had not been renovated. I had a partial river view looking towards Ambassador Bridge. Considering its central location and reasonable rates, I would say it's a good choice. No wow factor however.

Stayed at this hotel on January 31. The front of the hotel overlooks the Detroit river. Location is great for those that don't have a vehicle as it is across the street from a bus terminal. Parking is also across the street in a multi-level parking lot with a bridge to connects the parking lot to a building next to... More

Came here with our family. Booked 3 rooms. At 60 something dollars a room. We ordered all river view. We got one. The parking is about 15 min walk to the hotel. Local stores are outrageously priced! To top it off the building is under renovations and IS NOT EVEN A HOTEL! It's a college boarding building! For the pool... More

The Club Riverside, as it is now called, is part of the adjoining Waterfront Hotel which is nicer. You have to check-in/out and access the breakfast from the Waterfront hotel. They said there was a staff person in our hotel but never was anyone at the desk when we went by about 8 times over the course of our stay.... More
