A great stop for a convention or other event, good rooms and a full-size fridge in the rooms. Excellent! The lounge is comfortable and fun in the summer. Highly recommended for those on business or want to enjoy a hotel next to St. Claire.

I had hesitations about staying here b/c of the low cost (thinking it would reflect quality). I was pleasantly surprised! The two bedroom suite was immaculate! The linens, pillows, mattress, shower curtain were all brand new. The Bathroom was spotless as was the kitchen. I felt quite comfortable staying here and loved the fact that I had a tv in...

At this price, it is a steal! But do not expect anything fancy, as it is just a student accomodation which is converted into a hotel during summers. Each suite has 2 bedrooms each with a bed, desk, chair and TV. There is also a small front room with a fridge, oven and a dining table with chairs. Although each...

stayed here on a soccer tournament trip. Check in was a breeze..service was good and fast. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. Windows helped, had to keep them open the whole time we were there. Dead bugs on the ground..ewwww. i recommend bringing frebreeze to freshen up the beds. sleeping was just ok..felt uncomfortable at times only because the...

We stayed here last July and have decided to use it again for our return visit. There was ample room for my entire family (of four). We look for comfort rather than fancy and this fit us well. The breakfast was adequate for what we needed and appreciated the fact that we had kitchen facilities for the family. Front desk...

I reserved a room for a week and made my reservation for business. They shouldn't allow you the option for business specific reservations as the accommodations are clearly for college students with few belongings. The room wasn't cleaned very well on arrival. Along with that, the inside of the microwave looks like that of one a lazy 16 year old...

Nice dorm! 2 separate rooms with double beds. Washroom was nice, fairly clean, nice shower. Kitchenette was large, only thing it didn't have was a stove top or dishwasher (Which I didn't really need anyway as I went out for all the food I needed). As I said in the 'tip', wifi is only for St. Clair College students, so...

Front desk staff and management great. Good value for the money with 2 rooms, 2 beds, 2 TV's. Housekeping was lazy and avoided work when they could with an official decrease in service once you became "long" term, ? than 30 days. I was there waiting for new house for 6 weeks!! Breakfast was inadequate. Apples spoiled inside. ? Bagels...

Price was good, rooms are huge. Full sized fridge, microwave and table was great. Double beds were in separate rooms with a common bathroom. Lots of room. Breakfast was just ok. No wifi which is why we likely won't stay here again.

“If you're staying here longterm, bring a cheap wireless router & ethernet cable! The WiFi here is only available to St. Clair college students! If you bring a little wireless router you can setup your own wifi network as there are probably 6 ethernet hookups in the room.”
