Slept in a very hot room, told that no other rooms were available and the next morning we were told at the front desk that the entire hotel lost its air conditioning. I highly doubt that based on no others complaining at the front desk. There was no parking at the hotel when we came in for the evening and...

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We knew that it was a historic hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got a travelzoo deal and paid $105 per night. It was great- kids ate free, the location was excellent. Parking was free. Beds were extremely comfortable.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Charlottetown, which is exactly what we were looking for. The one thing that must be known, (that isn't mentioned anywhere that I seen), is that this hotel caters to bus tours, 3 bus loads to be exact. The hotel and rooms are nice, great water pressure in the shower! We attempted...

We stayed in the Rodd Charlottetown for 4 nights. It is a very traditional hotel, in that it has that old turn of the century charm. We had a corner room on the 4th floor, one of the Executive Rooms, with two windows, so lots of light. It was fine for one person (my husband golfed for a few days...

This lovely hotel had everything we wanted - it is affordable, quiet, safe, clean, with friendly staff and within easy walking distance of downtown attractions. Next time I visit beautiful Charlottetown I will stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and a very nice property. The beds were comfortable but the room was not very sound proof. It was in the heart of Charlottetown. The room was small and basic for the price. The hotel is old and keep up good which was nice but I was very disappointed because I expected more for the price....

This hotel is a lovely, well maintained property with fantastic service. The staff seemed genuinely happy that we chose this hotel. The beds are plush, comfortable, with fresh white linens. The room was smallish, but clean and ample enough with a closet, fridge and a large secretary desk. The restaurant is decorated very traditionally with high ceilings and chandeliers. The...

I should have done a bit more homework I suppose. This hotel had consistently good reviews, and I honestly cannot figure out why. The hotel is charming and pretty for the most part, but it is OLD. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, so it's perpetually humid in the rooms. No king sized beds either, except in suites....

We were there for two nights and we were very happy about the location but the rooms are really old and the beds are very uncomfortable. We found the old mini fridge too noisy at night as well. The washroom is terrible!!!! The shower come with such a strength that hurts, there's no place to set your stuff comfortably and...
