I had a very bad experience. They are very materialist. they wouldn't consider you as a person. all they interest them is to make you pay more. Bad rooms Bad service Bad everything Patricya

My best friend and I stayed at Le Roberval for a long weekend ... Our rooms was great; full kitchen (large fridge, stove/over, microwave, sink, cupboards with pots/pans/plates), dining table in kitchen. The bathroom was basic, but VERY clean. The only downside was the fact that we were expecting two beds, but there was only one in the room which...

After a lengthy search to find a CLEAN, place to stay for the weekend I decided on the Roberval, being from Montreal I wanted a central place to stay close to the Metro but foremost CLEAN, The Roberval did not disappoint me. We had 2 quad rooms, there were 8 of us, going to see the Habs play Toronto. Both...

I booked the hotel for a 3 night stay through Hotels.com over the phone and asked specifically that time to the agent while booking if the parking was included because parking is ridiculously priced in Montreal and can be very expensive. I was specifically told multiple times by the representative that it is included with the cost of renting the...

I don't know what these people are complaining about. Le Roberval is a 2.5 star hotel and is much nicer than most other hotels with that rating. For $96/night we got a spacious suite with living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with tub, and balcony. It also included high-speed internet (wired), breakfast, and parking. It was clean, relatively comfortable, and the...

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colourful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
