I did not stay and the hotel or eat there - I just stopped by for an after dinner drink and to listen to a duo in the lounge singing soul/pop type music. We had excellent irish/mexican coffees and the music was very good. The seating allowed us a window spot looking over the street which was very fun and...

Can't beat the location. Walked everywhere for our entire 4-night stay. Would definitely stay here again. Based on the reviews I read, I upgraded our room when booking and was pleased with the decision. Beautiful view from our room window. Plus, BEST MATRESSES EVER. Seriously, I want to know where they get them. Hotel bar was a fabulous retreat following...

Located between Chateau Frontenac and city hall (just across the street), surrounded by shopping and restaurants, this is the place to stay. The room was smaller than the standard hotel room and space was limited but the charm makes up for it. The shower was high enough (I'm 6'4) but the toilet a little small for a man my size....

I was on a road trip with family that started in Boston with stops in Stowe, Montreal, then lastly, Quebec City. I have always loved Quebec with its European Charm. It was my third time in the city, the last one was summer time when we stayed in a hotel just outside old Quebec. I chose hotel Clarendon as I...

This is the oldest hotel in Quebec City, and is lovely inside. The room was a bit small, but we had a lovely view of City Hall. The location is perfect and convenient to everything. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room and planned to have dinner there, but it never worked out. Hope to stay here again!

If you're visiting an historical city like old Quebec, why would you stay in a cookie-cutter hotel? Quebec City is home to quite a few hotels... but the Clarendon offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and value. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We found the beds exceptionally comfortable. We found the staff warm and helpful. The...

We stayed for 3 nights in this very old but very nice hotel right in the middle of the Old City. It was fun to shop and eat at great restaurants. We walked to the Changing of the Guard at the Citadel and enjoy walking the narrow streets.

It's an okay hotel to stay with good value for money. It's clean and adequate with rather small rooms. It's soooo well located that it made our visit to Quebec so much memorable. It's close to restaurants and little shops. Steps away from La Citadelle and to the Catholic and Anglican cathedral.

We checked in on the day of my wife's birthday and I requested at the reception to please get me a cake to the room. I wasn't really asking for a complimentary one but they never got back to me on this. The lady at reception said she would try but has to check with her manager,, no communication after...

I Recently stayed at 'Hotel Clarendon' with my family of four in a room with two double beds. The hotel is located in old Quebec which makes it very convenient to walk to the shops and historic sites such as the churches (Roman and Anglican), Statues and Monuments, Seasonal Christmas Village, etc. If travelling during winter make sure to wear...
