Great hotel. Good location. Great staff. Walking distance to lots of different restaurants and things to do. My wife ended up sick and the hotel staff called a doctor who came to the hotel and wrote her a prescription for antibiotics. Amazing spread for breakfast. Those chocolate croissants...whew! Decent view of the river from our room. Great lobby.lounging area with...

This hotel is in the perfect spot. The rooms are small but nicely done. I found the front staff a little rude. Skip the breakfast and enjoy one of the amazing local spots close by. I wouldn't stay again but I did enjoy my stay.

We had such varying experiences during our five day stay here that it's hard to believe the service this hotel can provide consistent service. The Good: Le Germain is in a very nice part of town, away from the tourist areas but close enough to walk to them. Our bags arrived late and they were dealt with well by the...

Love this spot. Hung out in the lobby for hours, enjoying wine at the honor bar while it was snowing outside. It makes for such a comfortable experience, and I really love the ability to serve myself and just relax. Rooms are great too - nice big bathrooms.

Very close to the shopping mall, room was very modern and the beds and linens were so soft that I'd purchase them. The shower was huge. Would return! About 20 minutes from Old Quebec which worked for us.

From emails before traveling to the last day of our stay, nothing was too much for the staff to do for us. Extra pillows, call a cab, make sure we knew what was going on and how to get to places, it's second nature to the front desk. The room overlooked the frozen river and while we had lots of...

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Le Germain. The experience made us feel like we were at home in our living room (the fireplace, the coffee/tea maker, the couches, etc.). The hotel staff was also extremely helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to dine throughout the city. It snowed the day we were leaving...
