My husband and I unexpectedly stayed at this hotel after a hiccup with our Air BNB reservation. We stayed here over New Years Eve. The hotel itself is very well maintained. The rooms (we stayed on the top floor) were very spacious and clean. My absolute favourite part of the room was the heated flooring in the bathroom. A nice...

I have recommended several people to stay here, all have been equally impressed. And the restaurants they send you two were first rate, beyond compare. I will be back every time I come to Quebec City. No questions asked.

Hotel Manoir Victoria has an old victorian facade with modern amenities. Great location and amazing staff, from the valet, concierge and other front staff. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. We are a frequent visitor of Old Quebec and this is our first time staying with Hotel Manoir and I must say we found our favourite place to...

Right in the centre of Quebec city. Close to the train station. Old fashioned at first but new furnished rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable. Amazing restaurant "Sant Houblon". Gentle and professional staff.

This hotel is always the highlight of my visit to Quebec. The location, amenities, service, staff, rooms, food and BERNARD make this the premier hotel in Quebec as far as I'm concerned. If you are sitting on the fence - just jump! The rooms are spacious and the valet is super fast. I can't wait for my next visit so...

We had a great visit to Quebec between Xmas and New Year's. The Hotel Manoir Victoria provided a large, comfy room with two REALLY COMFORTABLE queen beds (instead of doubles, which are too cozy for our family of four). The location was excellent, although it was about a 5-10 minute walk uphill (easy) to get to the Chateau Frontenac, the...

My husband and I stayed here from 22-28 December 2016. We were actually booked only until the 26th, but our flight was cancelled due to bad weather, so I had the chance to be in two different rooms because we booked back in. The first thing that you should know is that there is a long flight of stairs inside...

Conveniently located close to Vieux Quebec, this hotel is an all around great value. Rooms are spacious and spotless. The restaurant is extraordinarily popular so reservations ahead of time are a must. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located in the old section of Quebec City. Easy walking to most points of interest and shopping. Everything in the hotel was top notch - clean, spatious, friendly and an excellent restaurant. Other nice restaurants were close. Tim Hortons next door. Would definitely return

Amazing place in the heart of old Quebec. Everything is clean and the location is key. Great price, nice indoor heated pool and tiny typical gym, they also have a spa. Valet parking doesn't cost and you have in and out privileges. The only downside so far: large set of stairs upon entering hotel so if you have an infant...
