We stayed at Unilofts for 5 nights, whilst the hotel isn’t anything fancy, it served its purpose. It’s in a great location right on Grande-Allee. The rooms were clean, we had a nice sized room overlooking Grande-Allee. We had breakfast included which was at the Concord hotel.

Hello, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us an opinion on your experience in our hotel. We are sorry to see that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We apologize about the inconvenience with the elevator but, since we are located in Old Quebec City, we have to preserve the cachet of the establishment. About the parking, it is true that the parking lots in the area are subject to additional costs because of their location in Old Quebec City and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. Yours truly, Monique T.

Our room was very small for $250. There was a layer of dust on everything and the furniture was broken and in need of repair. If you pushed on the top of the door at eye height it will pull away from the frame far enough that you can look inside the room. Employees very kind,
