We had a wonderful stay at hotel Acadia and even when we messed our booking up we are able to get another room at hotel hermitage (their sister hotel) as Acadia was fully booked and they gave us a room that was available at 9am to move and help us take our luggage up the steeet.

We stayed in that building. We were fine. We had a regular bathroom (nothing fancy) and a view of tthe street. It was on the second floor. I liked the location better than the other, though they are only 1 block apart.
