Overall our stay at the Ramada Jacuzzi suite was very nice. However, they apparently only have the business TV package and as such non of the movie channels, the celebrity b-ball game, or pay per view channels worked. The only option for movies was the SaskTel or Shaw on demand. Which is great if you wanted to watch Django unchained, or 40 year old virgin with the remainder being movies you've never heard of or are 20 years old. I'd stay here again, but they'd have to do something about the cable package. Chilling in the hot tub with a new movie playing for Valentine's Day would have been a nice way to end the night. Thank god 'Sex Tape' and 'There's Something About Mary' were on TV

Not worth the price..Needs a renovation or at least the rooms needs some newer furnitures and fixtures. A/C is loud. It is nice that they will offer a free breakfast with your stay..I wont reccomend this hotel..

My husband and I stayed here for one night when we came into Saskatoon for a concert. Room was clean and cozy. The mini fridge was huge and I thought that was great! We stayed in the back of the hotel on the third floor, and it was very loud as we were right over top of the entrance to the Longbranch. The bass could be felt/music heard until quite late. I was super tired after we got home so did fall asleep not too bad, woke up just once, and slept the rest of the night. If you are a super light sleeper you might want to request as high of a floor as possible.

The Ramada is a nice hotel and the rate is fair. We stayed here for a conference and had supper in the restaurant. Delicious and fresh salads, the boneless dry ribs were good, but it was the service we recieved that was excellent. Very friendly wait staff in this restaurant.

Found hair in sheets, between sheets, on pillowcases, on toilet seat, a lot on the unused rolled up towels. Daughter freaked out when she saw the towel after her shower. Ac unit is too old and noisy, parking is asking for a break in and theft; smells bad; then after we decided to check out early- the nightclub music started up beneath us till 1:30 am. Oh and we saw cops come by 3X in the 24 hrs we were there. So sad.

Lounge staff is very unintentaive and unprofessional. I was overcharged substantially on my bill and the server count correct it because "she didn't know what buttons to press" on the register. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it feels like the overall condition and quality of service is on the decline

Figured we would check out the Ramada as they are usually a better stay, and they had mentioned newly renovated rooms. Here are some pictures of our newly renovated room below. I would also like to mention that there is no continental breakfast, so with the cost of the room, and the breakfast for my wife and I, it cost $170 to stay there. We asked for hot sauce and ketchup with our breakfast, they tried to charge us a $1 to use the hot sauce. This place is ridiculous, just as ridiculous as the rattling air conditioner in our room. There is absolutely no possible way your staff could not hear that rattle. We got in very late and were too tired to complain so we just shut it off and went to bed.

Ramada saskatoon has some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Room was nice. Hotel was nice. I wish breakfast was included although the breakfast was good price and very good food. I will be staying again.

Very clean and updated room. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Friendly waitress. The internet was very slow but I somewhat expect that at hotels. Why does the review need to be a minimum of 200 characters!

Response from Murray W, General Manager at Ramada by Wyndham Saskatoon

Dear meg_marie89, Thank you very much for your review of our hotel. Your positive comments are very much appreciated by our hard working staff ! Also, please know that your business is valued and we welcome you back to our property at any time. I'm sorry I do not know why Tripadvisor reviews need to be a minimum of 200 characters, but it doesn't matter, because the words you wrote are enough for us to work harder to provide that quality guest experience. We will look into the slow internet speeds and come up with some solutions. Thanks again, and best regards, Murray Waters, GM

The service by the front desk staff was very good. Other than that not much was. Smokers allowed to stand right outside the main doors so you have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke. Car was broken into and window smashed in hotel parking lot and hotel did nothing. Maid service did not replace shampoo/conditioner or bring enough towels each day.
