Antrim Villa is a wonderful old house built in the late 1800s. Its charm comes from the Victorian style with high ceilings, well kept stuccos, and the original pine flooring. The Villa’s style is Afro Scandinavian accentuated with materials like sisal, bamboo and linen. Therefore the interior has a neutral organic colour palette. The serene garden with sun beds, citrus trees holds a large blue saltwater pool.The house is located in Green Point, a 5 minute walk to the beach promenade and a 15 minute walk to the new stadium. The Villa has two types of rooms; standard rooms and luxury rooms. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, safes, fans and heaters. The luxury rooms have iPod docking stations and mini-fridges as well.Among the guesthouse amenities guests will find free Internet access at a working station with a laptop and printer and a honesty bar. Wireless internet is free. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh fruit are complimentary and can be enjoyed at all times. Antrim Villa is certified with Fairtrade in Tourism South Africa and a member of Cape Town Tourism.

Depending on the room it could be noisy in the early morning hours because of breakfast preparation. The rooms in the garden to the pool could be a little dark. Some Loadsheds during the daytime are annoying but the host is not responsible for that!

Probably better stay if you are lucky enough to get one of the bigger rooms. Breakfast is okay, but often the buffet is empty and it takes a while until it is filled up. They are doing eemghs freshly for you on demand which is cool. Overall good location but i would not stay longer than two-three nights

The owners attitude stinks. Extremely unwelcoming and rooms where small and dingy. No-one available for queries after 16h30 and no emergency numbers available in the room. No parking and even though I specified time for breakfast I was told that I must wait in line for others to be served before me. I left without breakfast as I had a flight to catch and asked for the owner to call me. Still waiting.

Initially I struggled to find the place as the address was wrong. Had no response from the WhatsApp communication line. Once I found it the service was great and completely forgot about my initial experience. Great service and very kind people. Food is great and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Antrim Villa. The room was comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful and the breakfast delicious. We found Antrim Villa extremely central, and we were only 5 minutes away from town and the V&A Waterfront, where we needed to need. We highly recommend Antrim Villa.

We had a lovely one night stay at this quaint house nestled in a small street in Three Ancor Bay. Staff were very friendly, room neat and comfortable and it felt like home. We had prior breakfast arrangements, but saw the breakfast buffet which looked fresh and inviting!

We stayed here for four nights. The welcome was really nice. After parking our car inside, we were helped with our luggage to our room in front of the pool. Everything here is very well designed. We got lots of tips for places to eat, for example in the antrim house hotel. You can uber to waterfront in 5 minutes for roundabout 40ZAR The breakfast was amazing! Everything you wish for is served, from warm breakfast to fresh fruit and yogurt. Everybody working here is just so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommending coming here!
