Wonderful place to stay , we stayed at oak tree lane as a family of 5 and was very warmly welcomed by 2 lovely great hosts Phil and sera , both made us feel very welcome , very child friendly,went out there way to help us especially with luggage !! The glamming pod we stayed at was Very clean , tidy and fresh , amazing space inside , my 3 year old daughter loved it , the views from here are superb the sky at night is also amazing glittery with stars all over , would recommend this place to anyone , definitely will be retuning

Very welcoming couple. It was so quiet and peaceful just what we needed to reset and relax. We added the birthday package, it was a lovely touch on arrival. Great to see all the farm animals. Would come and stay again next year!

Phil & Sara welcomed is and in the most hospitality way and gave us the lodge accommodation in a amazing condition. We enjoyed the BBQ and overnight stay in the cosy warm Lodge. Would definitely come back again for this amazing experience.

This was our second stay at the fantastic Oaktree Lane. This year our family of four stayed in one of the cabins where we had a brilliant week away. Sera and Phil are such wonderful hosts; always there to help, very kind with our children and are generally just lovely to be around! The cabin was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the whole farm is peaceful and great to explore. Plus, the sheep were huge hit with us all and we enjoyed feeding them their bags of food. Thank you for helping us have such a great holiday, we will be back!

This was our second time staying. Last year we camped on site and this year we stayed in a lodge for 3 nights. We are a family of 4. We found we had plenty of space in the lodge, beds comfy and a wood burner to keep you warm if needed (we did not light it). The separate kitchen is really helpful, clean and well stocked. Having your own bathroom is great too. Hosts are super friendly. This is a lovely, quiet setting and would highly recommend. I'm sure we will be returning in the future.

Despite the wet August summer weather, we managed to get the most out of our 10 day stay at Oaktree-Lane. We located ourselves on the top of the hill, so that we could make the most of the stunning views looking over looking Dartmoor national park. It was always spectacular watching the rain clouds roll over the hills, or counting the shooting stars at night. With only two camping pitches hired out at any one time, you had plenty of green space to enjoy all for yourself! Note that the bathroom facilites are at the bottom of the hill at the main house, so you do need to make a bit off a steep climb up and down the hill. We enjoyed our many walks in Dartmoor, just 20min drive from the camping. The scenery is varied and every trip was different. We recommend eating at the "Two bridges Hotel" as the food was excellent. Also try their locally brewed Ale. The area was great as well for foraging wild mushroom. Due to the wet conditions, mushroom season started early. We found Chanterelle and saffron milkcap in Dartmoor. We also visited Cornwall and made a day trip to Boscastle and Polperro harbour. Small picturesque villages, worth a visit. We also spent the day in Plymouth, but this wasn't worth it. Another fantastic and memorable walk in the area was Lydford Gorge National Trust. You need to pay to get in, but it's definitely worth the visit. A big 5stars go to our hosts Phil and Sera, who every morning, greeted us with big smiles and helpful tips and made us feel very welcome on their farm. Facilities were very clean. Phil and Sera are very ecological and green minded. You could buy fresh chicken eggs and they even sell their own made sausages and bacon. Great for breakfast! …

We have good memories of our stay at Oaktree Lane in Bratton Clovelly. The staff is very friendly, the surroundings are nice (sheep). Excellent place to relax. Nearby is the beautiful national park Dartmoor.

We arrived and was greeted by Phil who showed us to our cabin for the week! It was beautiful and the views are stunning from every window in the cabin! It’s peaceful enough to recharge your soul! Waking up every morning to wonderful views and having breakfast outside was lovely and the lovely burgers sausages and eggs from the farm were delicious! Our daughter took a shine to the sheep and to the owners! We absolutely loved staying here so much so we booked for next year before we left this holiday! The owners sera and Phil make you feel so welcomed and comfortable it adds to the holiday they are also incredibly helpful in giving you ideas of places to go and also helped book a table at a local pub for our daughters birthday!

Had a fantastic stay at oak tree lane, we (family of 5) spent 3 nights in a lodge and loved every second. The location is beautiful but also so convenient for days out and the kids thought the animals on the farm were fantastic. Feeding the sheep soon became part of our daily routine! The facilities were clean and well kept, and all in close range. The hosts were friendly and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t wait to go back next year.

We stayed in the cabin which was well equipped and very clean, and the breakfast pack we purchased was very tasty. Sera and Phil go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The views and surrounding land is stunning and we had some very friendly sheep neighbours. We have stayed previously and will stay again in the future.
