Efficient & friendly service from arrival to visit end. Gorgeous cream tea with lovely light scones. Rooms clean and pleasant. I would suggest you email the hotel directly on salutation topsham. co.uk as not all hotels look at TripAdvisor regularly. But just to help a little from London you would get train to Exeter and change at St David's or central station and take the exmouth branch line to topsham. The hotel is a five minute walk from the station. I would guesstimate the distance from centre of Exeter is about 8 miles
