We were here because of a major delay to our original flight - so put up by Thai Air waiting for our connection. We used the room for a few hours - enough time for a sleep and a shower. Staff very pleasant and room ok. It was clean and reasonably comfortable. Selection of toiletr

Don’t expect much sleep, it takes a bit to find the place in a sea of miracle lounges. The hotel has a back little access. Some weird noises that aren’t planes go every 15 minutes. Maybe some old air con plant or something. Our room has dirty towels and used coffe so we got moved

Check in was fast. The hotel have 2 floors. Check in at level 4. Walk all the way toward Gate G area. Bed was comfortable but the aircon was too cold. We switch off the aircon after few hours. In house free WiFi was provided and it is high speed but too tired to use it. All the n

I had a 13 hour stop over after a long flight and with another to come. It was good to have the room but it was very cold with no way to alter the air conditioning and very noisy, making it hard to sleep.

Hello everyone, I read that the hotel is located before immigration controls. I have connection with a different company airline then, I need to proceed to the immigration and baggage collect area. Is it possibile to access to the hotel from outside the airport, I mean outside the immigration controls??? Thanks in advance to everyone will help me.
Ok guys I have the answer to my question. The property is accessible to international passengers only. Passengers arriving in Bangkok on a domestic flight with an international connection are unable to stay at the property. Please do not pass through immigration control or collect your baggage as you will be unable to access the property. A passport and boarding pass are required for check-in.

Do you need to go through immigration & collect baggage, or can your baggage go onward while you stay airside until your connecting flight 12hrs later. Also, are all rooms en-suite? I note they have a "shower Room" for an optional Bht350 for half an hour??
No the transit hotel is within the airport itself. You do not need to collect the baggage if you check in the baggage to the final destination. It is as if you are on transit within the airport itself. I suggest you stay in the hotel for 6 hours during your 12 hour stay. The hotel charges are for each 6 hour occupation. All rooms within the hotel are en-suite and comfortable though small and sound proof to some extent. Ideal resting place after a long flight! Shower room is only for a shower!!

Hi, It seems that there are several hotels bearing similar names in the vicinity. May I please clarify if this hotel requires you to leave the transit area, i.e., pass through Customs and collect baggage? Also, how is the sound-proofing of the rooms? Is rest possible for a light-sleeper? Thank you for your inputs!
Hi do we need a visa to stay at this hotel?
