We spend a few nights in August in this lovely bed And breakfast with our family, 2 little kids. The location is really nice with the hills And woods around it. As Well as some nice towns And castles. The room was clean and sufficiënt. Breakfast was amazing. She had a lot of homemade products. All in all, a recommendation.

My young children and I stayed one night at the Clos des Bérengeries on our way back to Paris after traveling through the southwest of France. The location is great - peaceful and quiet - and close to many gorgeous chateaux in the Loire Valley. Dolores is a very gracious host, and the house and grounds are beautiful, lots of...

This is beautiful accommodation in a tranquil location. Delores is a lovely hostess who goes out of her way to be of assistance to make your stay enjoyable. Advice on local attractions and booking restaurants for you. Memorable home made jams and lovely welcoming wine served in the garden in the company of a delightful 4 legged gentleman! The room...

Conveniently situated between Saumur and Tours, this little gem owned by Dolores and Philippe must not be missed. A beautiful old house with well appointed bedrooms and situated in extensive grounds including a vineyard and hens! awaited us at the end of a long day. We had requested an evening meal but were quite unprepared for what followed. The generous...

We picked this Chambre d'hotes for it's location and previous reviews. On arrival we were greeted by our host, Dolores, who showed us the grounds and then our room. And what a room! Tastefully furnished with an excellent shower room, plenty of room and immaculately clean. Set in a rural location a few minutes easy drive from the majestic Loire...

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in this very comfortable accommodation (Chambre Helene). The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean, and well heated (it was winter). Philippe and Dolores were wonderful hosts - very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts each morning with home made jams and different cakes/pastries. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal and...

Stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful house. The room was large and spotlessly clean and was the bathroom. The location is lovely and convenient for some beautiful villages and historic sights. Dolores was a wonderful host and the home made breakfasts were delicious. Thoroughly recommended and we will certainly return if we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful time at the B&B and we enjoyed the confiture games every morning. Dolores and Philippe are fantastic hosts, always happy and helpful :) The place itself is close to a lot of attractions and we'll definitely return there for the follow-up in visiting more castles in the valley :)

We enjoyed four wonderful days staying with Dolores in St Patrice. You first notice the beautiful house with delightful grounds and then a very comfortable and well appointed bedroom and bathroom. This is topped off by a charming hostess, Dolores, who provides an incredible breakfast - home made jams and yoghurt and each morning a different home made cake, together...

“A car is needed. I forgot to ask about wifi access until getting ready for bed. I think a special cable is needed or something. It didn't work as I should have asked about it earlier. I don't watch TV, but there wasn't one in our room, just be warned.”
