perfect vacation! wonderful staff. the food is very good, room service perfect. the best thing about the hotel are two lovely girls who entertain the kids. Nopi and Maria, they deserve cred. greet Omed
My partner and I stayed for a week at Sirios. I was sceptical as I’ve never been to an all inclusive before but we’ve had a fantastic time! All the staff have been so attentive and friendly and the place is spotless. Antonios and Nikos really made us feel at home and were happy to even teach us a bit of Greek. As a vegan I was worried I’d be eating a lot of chips and salad but the selection has been incredible I’ve not had the same dinner twice. Most of the local shops also sell plant based turkey - great for sandwiches on the beach. Taxi into Chania was only €10 so really reasonable. Would definitely come back. 10/10. Thanks Sirios!
Arrived late afternoon, checked in very quickly and given a piece of paper with map which shows all details of meal times, snack times and drink that are allowed and then shown to room. Hotel is lovely and clean. Food is plentiful loads to choose from at each meal time. Drinks are help yourself ie soft drinks, wine, beer, tea and coffee. Snacks are served all day ie gyros, sandwiches, baguettes and pizzas. Sandwich toaster available if want to make toasties. Maid service is everyday sheets changed middle of the week. You can get beach towels but no info about them. If you turn left coming out of hotel and walk down the hill bus stop to Chania is on the right you buy your tickets from the machine €1.10 each way better to buy return tickets at same time cheaper than buying on the bus. Hotel shop is quite cheap and has a good selection of items. Great hotel but lacking in entertainment every night they had some entertainment seemed to be every other night ie sax player, greek dancin. If you needed anything you only had to ask and it was dealt with straight away ie extra pillows, kettle for room. All in all a great hotel I would return…
Polite, friendlig and helpsome personell. But a lot of cheep and medium quality food, not a convenient location in many aspects, long distance from the beach, weak and mostly not existing internet connection. All inclusive was in fact not as "all inclusive" as we experienced other places in other countries before. Finally after a traumatizing experience by the departure in airport, we divided to do not travell to Greece never ever again in near future.
I got the long weekend gifted as a birthday present so was thrilled to be going back to Crete. I’m always wary of all-inclusive resorts due to the crowd it can attract. This resort was lovely. Great rooms for the money and quiet. If you’re a younger crowd and looking for parties then maybe not ideal as everywhere is a taxi but families and couples it’s ideal. The food is of a decent standard and good value. The drinks aren’t bad either but the cocktail selection should be better really. Slush puppy style machines with 3 a day is a bit of a cop out. My main criticism of the place and reason I’ve not graded it any higher is due to the lack of music and atmosphere. There was never any music around the pool and no real night life at all. A bit boring. We had a good time hear and we would visit the area again but would try elsewhere just because of the points mentioned.…
