Loved the fact that there was always available sunbeads by the pool. Cleaning was done most days and the minimarket had everything one might need. A very special thanks to wonderful poolbar/restaurant staff! You are amazing! The food there was ok - not the best - but good enough. Would come again.

This year it is 14 years since I first stayed at this hotel. And I've always been satisfied. The staff is very service minded, and do their best to meet the costumers needs. The restaurant serves beautiful delicious food. Some of the staff speaks norwegian and swedish, I have to mention Sara at Anais Summerstar that always helps in any... More

As a long time visitor to Hotel Anais, one of the things that truly draws me back time and time again is the location. Just a bit outside of town while still being IN TOWN, it's well connected and walking distance to the best part of the beach in the area. The bus is on time and you never really... More

I spent a week in Crete with my mom and grandmother in September 2014 and we all liked hotel Anais Summerstar very much. We took a trip in October to this hotel Anais Summerstar. Must say it was a pleasant surprise. We were fortunate to get an apartment with a balcony and views of Chania Bay and mountains. The apartment was not as close to the road, so we did not have to be disturbed by some through traffic, there was a store... More

We traveled as a group of 9 family members, and had 3 apartments at Anais Suites. We traveled by operator Apollo, which have rated Anais Suites 4 stars in their catalogue. We do not feel that they deserve more than 2+ or maybe 3 stars. The reasons are several: No view AT ALL from several of the suites. Some of... More

“Our advice is to get a room away from the pool, if you are a couple who enjoy sleeping in, or just want some quiet, then ask for a room that faces away from the street and pool. Otherwise it's great all the way and it's in a perfect place. They have the Anais apartments too which are even better, look for those too. Bring an A/C extender, today's life requires charging MP3 Players, laptops, phones, etc... you know you bring those from home, but won't use them for 2 weeks so... you need to charge them at one point ;)”
