Everything about this trip was amazing! The people were fun, helpful and friendly, the views were incredible, the horses were well behaved, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and going "off the grid" was so relaxing. My husband and I have never done a vacation like this before, we were a little concerned about traveling to Mexico and we hadn't...

Our visit to Rancho Los Banos was really GREAT! Myself and two other “outdoor adventurist” girlfriends stayed recently for 6 nights. We were looking for a place to relax, ride horses, hike and spend a lot of time outdoors. We’re hikers and backpackers, so “luxury” isn’t really our style or our price range. The ranch is an authentic working ranch...

My 16-yr old daughter and I shared an amazing experience at Ranchos Los Banos during the first week of March. We are both advanced riders and have ridden in many different environments, but the extraordinary riding at the Ranch was unlike anything we had ever experienced! As others have mentioned, the pictures simply don't do justice to the exquisite scenery!...

Wow this place was even more wonderful than I hoped it would be. The landscape is exquisite, the people fun and friendly. They basically allowed us to step into their world for a few days and it was truly magical. We were here on days that were unseasonable cold and wet (we were told it was about as cold as...

My friend Maureen and I had a wonderful time at the ranch and a lot of laughs. The staff are a lot of fun and that means you.. Chico, Victor, Lucy, Juan, and Marren. I always felt safe and comfortable with the challenging rides. The horses were very surefooted and responsive, the scenery was beautiful with a new ride every...

I spent a week in mid-January at the ranch and rode from 5-6 hours a day. It was a truly great experience. Don Manuel put me at ease from the moment we met at the border until the day I left. The horses are amazing - strong, steady and never once wavered as we went up and down the hills...

I had only a few criteria in mind for a last minute holiday: Good riding on well cared for horses in a remote region. Not a lot of other guests. Silence. Oh, and lots of stars at night. Rancho Los Banos delivered all of this and more. The trip in/out couldn't have been easier (note the drive from Tucson to...

I traveled to Rancho los Banos with a friend in January 2017, and had an absolutely amazing trip. We are experienced riders, and wanted to do a bucket-list trail riding trip together. Rancho los Banos gave us exactly the experience we were looking for. It is a rural ranch (if you're looking for luxury and fine amenities, keep looking), and...

Rancho Los Banos was the perfect getaway for two lifelong friends looking for an escape from work and stress. Everything, from the company to the rides and daily adventures, was amazing. If you are a rider, then this is the place for you. The terrain and long rides were rewarding and challenging. Plus, as a soon-to-be veterinarian and animal lover,...

Rancho Los Banos is an amazing place! The scenery was magnificent and the view from horseback made it even more spectacular. We love horse adventures and Rancho Los Banos gets high marks for healthy, sure-footed, well-trained, and trustworthy horses. The horses carried us high in the mountains over steep, rocky trails without missing a step. Our guide, Fransua, provided a...
