Lovely hotel on the beach with clean, pretty, comfortable rooms and excellent, helpful staff, who truly welcomed us and the dog. Loved the bistro with checked table cloths. Great location in Felpham allowed us to easily visit Chichester and West Wittering, both about a 20 minute drive away. Excellent value when on offer with Best Western.

Had a two night stay here recently. The hotel was very quiet when we arrived but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, cosy and very comfortable. Dinner on both nights was lovely from a small but good quality menu. Saturday night was busy in the main dining room due to a Christmas party but there was no drop in the standard of the service we got whilst eating in the adjoining bistro. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, not a buffet breakfast favoured by other chains. Hotel also very dog friendly. I was a first time visitor but will definitely return. I can recommend to anyone who is looking for a base whilst visiting Chichester and the surrounding area.

I stayed here for 5 nights due to a house flood, they honestly made the whole experience a breeze, we had a dog & 4 year old they went above and beyond for us all, all the staff were excellent but a bigger shout out to Shannon for her first class customer service going above and beyond for us and taking the time to have a chat with our daughter thank you, rooms are big and clean and fully equipped & they have dog bowls,treats,toys and poo bags in our room on arrival which definitely was a lovely touch x

We have stayed here on 3 occasions this year. Short visits due my husbands needs. But each time is great. Staff are so pleasant and smart. Restaurant has nice white table linen and napkins. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and this time the new Autumn menu. Chef Daniel has come up with new ideas and a varied menu. Well done. Bedrooms are always clean and well serviced. Sometimes the heating is not on on arrival but is soon rectified. Ideal situation near to the sea, and a nice terrace bar when the weather is good.

Fabulous afternoon tea at Beachcroft Hotel today. Staff were very attentative, nothing too much trouble. Lovely hot pots of tea and Earl Grey tea. I cannot eat much so my Mum and partner had afternoon tea for 2, and I ordered a sausage roll. The sausage roll was freshly baked and tasty. The afternoon tea was fabulous. Lovely finger sandwiches made with the freshest bread, brown and white. Tuna, cheese and tomato, ham and mustard. 2 of each. Plus 3 fruit scones, homemade, with pots of strawberry jam and clotted cream. Also chocolate cake and Victoria sandwich, both with chocolate curls on the side. There was plenty of food, so I had a little too. We even had 2 boxes to take the cake home, along with a scone, jam and cream too. I won an afternoon tea voucher in rnli raffle, and was very impressed overall, with the tea, service, and location. The Hotel is open to non residents and I highly recommend you visit soon. The dinner menu looks very good. We will return, definetly. Thanks again to the staff, Cade and the waitress, whose name we didn't get. Both an asset to the Hotel, and impressed with their service. Absolutely loved our stay. Right on the beachfront with parking. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous with quality ingredients and plentiful. Katie on reception and Wendy at breakfast we’re so lovely and nothing was too much trouble . All in all a perfect break at a hotel that has that family feel . Can’t wait to visit again.

Two night stay.l We booked here specifically for the location, and it's dog friendly. The hotel is situated near enough on the beach. Although they do have beach huts even closer, these weren't available as they are very popular. We stayed in one of their ground floor rooms in the main hotel, which had its own little patio,which was ideal for our doggies 🐕 The weather was glorious during our stay. It was great to be able to take a few steps to the beach each day and night. There's a nice stroll to Bognor along the promenade. The bar staff were friendly and managed to make us a lovely Irish coffee in the evening. Breakfast is served 7.00 - 10.00 in the restaurant. There's a choice of continental or cooked breakfast. We chose the full English which is made to order. Local Sussex Bacon, local Sussex Sausage, Black Pudding, Hash Brown,Fried Bread, Baked Beans, tomato choice of egg. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay and the dogs loved it. We shall have to return and maybe be lucky enough to stay in their lovely beach hut suites.…
