Wow wow wow! This place was absolutely perfect for our holiday this year. We have a 4 year old and 7 year old and they loved the week too. The actual gites are beautiful, they have everything you could need in the kitchen, all have outside space and we were lucky enough to have a view over one of the fishing lakes (we stayed in La Creperie). The photos on the website really don’t do the gites justice, they are much nicer, which is always a pleasant surprise! Fiona and Phil, the owners, are incredibly friendly and helpful. They know the area well and advised us with places to visit/things to do that would be suitable with our age children. Our children took part in the Bushcraft session with Phil, which they particularly enjoyed - we were able to have a couple of hours to ourselves whilst they did this. We also entered into the archery session and the meal that Fiona and Phil put on for all the guests midweek (an additional charge is in place for this, but the food was delicious so totally worth it!) We had the added bonus and were lucky enough that whilst we were staying there were other families with similar aged children who all got on really well, the children were free to go off and explore the land and were quite safe to do so. The swimming pool area is clean, spacious (fenced off with a locked gate) and even when all the guests are there doesn’t seem crowded at all. We had an incredibly relaxing week and will go home with a whole load of new family memories that have been made in a beautiful setting. Thank you Fiona and Phil for creating a little slice of heaven in Brittany, we will be back and have provisionally booked for a return visit in 2 years time!

Myself, my husband and our 3 year old son spend 8 wonderful nights at Phil and Fiona's little piece of paradise. This was our first holiday abroad and we were looking for a place that was child friendly, but not an all-inclusive resort where we would be confined to a balcony when our son slept. Le Jardinet was perfect; the rooms were spacious, the house was clean and our back garden looked onto the swing set so we could supervise our son without worries. The grounds are full of adventure and mystery, and we enjoyed exploring them every day. The pool area was locked at all times so my son was safe. Phil and Fiona gave us great recommendations for places to visit. If you have bikes, this location is especially good because we spent hours riding around from one town to the next and the roads/canal made it easy to get around. We will definitely return; thank you Phil and Fiona for your hospitality. Lola, Rory and Arlo!

After 2 visits to Lenvos in 2015 and 2016 we decided to visit other places in France to experience what other gites and 'departements' had to offer. Lenvos was the benchmark that we compared those holidays against due to it exceeding in so many areas but nothing has come close to being in the same league as it. From the moment we drove along the driveway in August 2022 for our 3rd visit we knew we had made the right decision to return - the welcome from Phil and Fiona, the beautiful calm & relaxing setting, the quality of the gites, the pool, the activities for the kids, bakery deliveries, the world famous paella night and all the small and understated details that make your holiday what you want it to be. We highly recommend Lenvos to everyone, as it suits families with/without children, couples, friends.

Our 3rd time of visiting after a 5 year gap and we had forgotten how beautiful and relaxing Lenvos is.

We stayed in the Creperie, perfect for a family of four, overlooking the beautiful gardens and lake.

Super comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

The owners, Phil and Fiona, are wonderful hosts and a mine of useful information and tips on exploring the local area.

When not relaxing by the pool, there’s some great bikes along the nearby canal and can recommend the tree climbing centre about 15 minutes away.

Also, great to see Chip the dog!

Gîtes de Lenvos is located at the end of the road, nestled amongst the trees and the lakes which added to the tranquility of the area. The Le Maison was well equipped and provided plenty space for our family. Fiona and Phil were extremely helpful hosts who provided information ahead of our stay and whilst we were there, they were very happy to help with places to visit and restaurants to go to.

Each evening our bread order was taken and kindly left for us to collect which was a nice touch. Phil kindly arranged to set up the pool early which was an added bonus! The resident dog “Chip” was a delight and was very friendly.

It was a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return soon!

We had an absolutely superb holiday at Fiona and Phil's lovely property. It's an oasis in agricultural Brittany, with lovely accommodation, gorgeous garden and lakes, great little pool and good fun for all the kids.

The gite itself was lovely, with a new bathroom/kitchen and very well stocked for as much cooking as you want to do. The extra touches offered, such as a bushcraft session with Phil for the kids and a dinner each week for all guests, really made it a special experience for us as a family. Our two children (6 and 8 at the time) made friends with others in both weeks and enjoyed their time in the pool and around the gardens.

Worth saying that it's a perfect base for family cycling. We did numerous rides out, with either completely flat off road options (along the Nantes-Brest Canal) or gently rolling very quiet country roads. Well worth taking or hiring bikes.

All in all a super two weeks, very relaxing and we were made to feel at home from the minute we arrived to the very sad moment when we drove away.

We booked a last minute 3 night stay as a base for cycling the Brest-Nantes Canal. Gites de Lenvos massively exceeded our expectations.
High standard well equipped kitchen, clean. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, and lots of well thought-out touches too many to mention.
Lovely heated swimming pool, stunning grounds and gardens which they have lovingly created over more than a decade.
Helpful (English) hosts who have built up a wealth of local knowledge and go out of their way to make your stay a success.
Faults - there were none!
Judging from the visitors’ book many guests are repeat customers which says it all really.

Beautiful quiet setting, gites are of a high standard and the owners provide everything required. The morning bread delivery is wonderful!
The area is very scenic, we had great food where ever we went and visited lovely friendly towns and markets in the area, plenty to see and do without travelling to far.
Pontivy has a great award winning chocolate shop well worth a visit.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Gites Lenvos! Our Gite, La Maison, one of 5, was just perfect! Really Spacious, clean, well equipt, and private, with the most gorgeous view from the back patio, overlooking one of the lakes and the beautiful gardens and woods. We could see Deer strolling by and hear lovely bird song around us. The pool area is stunning, with mature plants all around and so relaxing, and had it to ourselves half of the time. We found it to be very friendly, and our 14 year old son, made friends straight away with the other kids and would happily be out playing footie, in the pitch area, or in the pool, or be out late night fishing, with his new mates, and we could relax, everyone was happy!!
The owners Phil and Fiona, an English couple, are so lovely and helpful, with lots of recommendations of things to see, and where to eat! The local village and town are very close by with supermarkets and nice places to stroll. Lake Guerledan, is 20 mins drive away and is a must! It is huge, very scenic with boating and restaurants dotted around and even a small beach area.
Thank you Phil and Fiona for a very memorable holiday, we envy you and your beautiful home at Lenvos x

Wow! What a find. As soon as we arrived at Gites de Lenvos, we felt relaxed and at home.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday, staying in La Creperie and making the most of the beautiful swimming pool and grounds (including the badminton court and boules).

The house has the most stunning view over the lake and my partner spent many happy hours fishing. The lake is frequently visited by a kingfisher and white egrets and we spotted lots of other wildlife, including toads, lizards and many species of dragonflies and butterflies.

Although it's tempting not to leave the grounds at all, there are lovely routes for walking or running from the house, including along the Nantes-Brest canal. Gites de Lenvos is also very well situated for excursions around Brittany and we enjoyed days out at Kingoland (a highlight for our girls, aged 13 and 10), Lac de Guerledan, Josselin (fab Monday market), L'accrobrancherie (tree climbing/zipwire place) and Vannes.

The gite was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Phil and Fiona are brilliant hosts and we really appreciated the daily bakery run and all loved the archery session. The girls also enjoyed the bushcraft.

We loved it so much, we're returning next summer!
